1月7日，美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)言人奧特加斯（Morgan Ortagus）在接受英國(guó)媒體采訪時(shí)，還在堅(jiān)稱被美軍炸死的伊朗高級(jí)指揮官蘇萊馬尼（Qassem Suleimani），是聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)認(rèn)證的“恐怖分子”。

事實(shí)上，聯(lián)合國(guó)安理會(huì)1747號(hào)決議（United Nations Security Council Resolution 1747）將蘇萊馬尼列為制裁對(duì)象，并非“恐怖分子”。
