據(jù)《紐約郵報(bào)》報(bào)道，25日，拜登在參加一次線上競(jìng)選活動(dòng)時(shí)把特朗普的名字叫成了喬治（George）。

“我們的國(guó)家會(huì)變成什么樣子??？如果喬治……喬治再干4年的話，我們會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己……如果特朗普當(dāng)選的話，我們將會(huì)身處一個(gè)不同的世界。” 

“What kind of country we’re gonna be? Four more years of George, ah, George, we’re gonna find ourselves in a position where… If Trump gets elected we’re going to be in a different world.” 



拜登連說了兩遍喬治，才意識(shí)到說錯(cuò)了，改口稱是特朗普。

多數(shù)網(wǎng)友推測(cè)，拜登之所以口誤，應(yīng)該是因?yàn)槊绹?guó)前總統(tǒng)小布什（George W. Bush）。2008年小布什仍在任時(shí)，拜登正作為美國(guó)前總統(tǒng)奧巴馬的競(jìng)選搭檔參與競(jìng)選。

推特上，還有網(wǎng)友注意到了拜登身旁的妻子吉爾。當(dāng)拜登說到喬治時(shí)，吉爾至少連續(xù)三次小聲提醒拜登，看口型似乎是“特朗普”。
