Compared with the gradual restoration of calm inside Afghan capital city Kabul, chaotic scenes continued to emerge outside Kabul's airport since the Taliban seized the capital on Aug. 15.

央視新聞援引阿富汗當(dāng)?shù)孛襟w報道稱，當(dāng)?shù)貢r間20日晚，阿富汗喀布爾國際機(jī)場外仍是一片混亂，不時響起槍聲。連日來大批曾為美國和北約工作的阿富汗人在機(jī)場外面聚集，他們希望搭上美軍組織人員撤離的飛機(jī)，然而卻未能如愿。

據(jù)美國《新聞周刊》20日報道，在阿富汗喀布爾機(jī)場外，一名阿富汗父親向記者憤怒控訴美德士兵在疏散本國公民時，粗暴對待自己和1歲的孩子，“美國士兵連推帶踹把我趕了出去，我去找德國士兵，他們用棍子打我，還朝我們開槍......”

“我的孩子只有1歲……他們還在這里向我們發(fā)射催淚瓦斯，所有人都淚流不止。你看到那些孩子了嗎？他們也就一歲大，怎么可以朝他們發(fā)射呢？”

A distressed Afghan man said that tear gas was launched at him and his one-year-old by American and German soldiers who were trying to evacuate their citizens from the country at Kabul Airport.

“I went to the Americans. They pushed me out. They kicked me out. I went to the Germans. They beat me out with the sticks,” he said, “My kid is a one-year-old kid. They fired at us with the (tear) gas. Everyone was crying, right here, like an hour ago… You see the kids? They are like one-year old. How could you do that?”

據(jù)路透社報道，英國國防部稱，上周六有7名阿富汗平民在喀布爾機(jī)場外的混亂中死亡。

Seven people have died last Saturday in the crowds at Kabul airport amid frantic scenes of people rushing to leave Afghanistan, Britain’s Ministry of Defence has said.

塔利班方面則在當(dāng)天表示，塔利班對喀布爾機(jī)場的混亂不負(fù)有責(zé)任。塔利班一發(fā)言人表示，西方國家應(yīng)該采取更好的措施來幫助其人員離開。

Meanwhile, a Taliban official told Reuters news agency the chaos at the airport was not the responsibility of the group, saying “the West could have had a better plan to evacuate”.

有北約官員22日透露，自15日以來，過去一周在喀布爾機(jī)場內(nèi)或機(jī)場周邊已有20人死亡。

At least 20 people have died in the past seven days in and around the Kabul airport during the evacuation effort after the Taliban took over the Afghan capital last week, a NATO official said on Sunday.
