8月2日，CGTN主持人王冠就佩洛西竄訪臺灣一事接受BBC新聞節(jié)目的采訪，犀利回懟美方虛偽言論。

節(jié)目中，在回答B(yǎng)BC主持人南希·卡昆吉拉（Nancy Kacungira）“為什么中國對佩洛西竄訪臺灣反應如此激烈”的問題時，王冠表示，在中方看來，佩洛西竄訪臺灣是對美方政治承諾的背信棄義（political betrayal），“是美國外交虛偽至極的表現(xiàn)（This is U.S hypocrisy at its best. ）”。


 
之后，王冠通過一系列歷史事實，揭批美國的虛偽本性。

他表示，早在中美建交之時，美國就承諾將不會與中國臺灣地區(qū)發(fā)展任何形式的官方關系。然而佩洛西此次的“粉墨登場”，與中美三個聯(lián)合公報的文字、精神和意圖相抵觸，這是美國在掏空一個中國原則。

“當美國決定同中國建交的時候，美國承認了中華人民共和國是中國唯一合法政府，并承認了臺灣是中國的一部分，還承諾了未來只與臺灣保持 ‘非官方’關系。”，王冠說, “然后佩洛西就竄訪臺灣。佩洛西可是美國最‘官方’的人物之一了，美國總統(tǒng)繼位排名第二的政客去了臺灣，還要和臺灣領導人握手。所以中方認為這樣的行徑背叛了中美聯(lián)合公報的文字、精神和意圖。”

王冠補充道，“一共有三份這樣有法律效應的約定，這三份中美聯(lián)合公報，是四十年來兩國能夠建交和相處的根本。”

“Because when the U.S. came into this diplomatic recognition with Beijing forty years ago, acknowledges that the PRC is the sole legal government of China and it acknowledges that Taiwan is part of it. It says a promise, actually, that there's going to be no official relations with Taiwan going forward.”

“But then comes Nancy Pelosi, arguably the most official person of the land, the second in line for U.S. presidency visiting Taiwan and potentially shaking hands with leaders of Taiwan. So Beijing considers this as a violation of the letter, the spirit and the intent of the China-U.S. Communiques.”

“There are three of them, by the way, which really laid the foundation of Beijing-Washington relations for the past 40 years.”

接下來，BBC主持人稱，美方已多次表示國會和白宮不是一回事，佩洛西訪臺不代表美國“一個中國”政策改變。


對此，王冠犀利回應道，美國小學生都知道，國會是美國政治結構的重要組成部分。

“佩洛西是國會最有權力的人物之一，而國會又是美國政治結構的三個主要權力機構之一，美國小學生都懂得這一點。”

 
“Nancy Pelosi is one of the most powerful persons in the U.S. congress which is one of the three branches of U.S. government, primary students in the U.S. learned that.”

“拜登在基建、控槍和墮胎等立法問題上需要佩洛西動員國會的時候，就將其視作同袍，而當佩洛西要竄臺的時候，拜登和白宮就稱他們‘不知情、不支持也不授權’。 ”

“I think Joe Biden cannot claim Nancy Pelosi as one of his best allies in Washington when there's needs to be a legislation pass like ‘Build Back Better World’ or gun control, abortion. And then when Nancy Pelosi is going to China, Joe Biden and The White House claims that there's no prior knowledge, there's no consent, no authorization whatsoever.”

王冠表示，這是美國上演的一個唱紅臉，一個唱白臉的虛偽戲碼。


“This is Washington playing good-cop bad-cop. ”
 
他表示，這已經(jīng)不是美國政府第一次在臺灣問題上說一套做一套。是美國為了遏制中國而不斷拱火。

“中美簽署兩個聯(lián)合公報之后，美國就出臺了所謂的《與臺灣關系法》。中美兩國在1982年簽署第三個聯(lián)合公報后，美國又擅自頒布了所謂對臺’六項保證’。 這些都暗中破壞著中美三個聯(lián)合公報的法律精神。”

“When China-US first signed this Joint Communique, right afterwards Washington issued the Taiwan Relations Act. And then when there was this 3rd China-U.S. Communique in 1980s, it issued unilaterally the Six Assurances to Taiwan, which once again in torpedoed the spirit of The Three Communiques.”

他表示，“美國說一套做一套的行為不是一天兩天了。說到底，美國把臺灣當作戰(zhàn)略遏制和對沖中國崛起的重要‘棋子’。 ”

“We've seen this pattern of double dealing by Washington, promising one thing and doing another actually. This is all about containing or at least hedging against China’s rise.”
