“小白你好！請給手消消毒！”
在上海新國際博覽中心方艙醫(yī)院內(nèi)，一名“大白”路過正在工作的5G消毒機(jī)器人時(shí)，靠近機(jī)器伸出雙手，很快就完成了一次消毒。

在上海的方艙醫(yī)院內(nèi)，一批服務(wù)機(jī)器人、消毒機(jī)器人正與疫情防控工作人員并肩作戰(zhàn)。

這種機(jī)器人搭載了紫外線燈、超干霧發(fā)生器和等離子空氣凈化等三大消毒模塊，并能在場館內(nèi)自由穿梭，不會“迷路”，可以24小時(shí)“不眠不休”。因其外形雪白，也被人們親切地稱為“小白”。
在東浩蘭生集團(tuán)的組織下，上海鈦米機(jī)器人公司3月27日連夜組建團(tuán)隊(duì)，前往世博方艙醫(yī)院，部署大規(guī)模消毒機(jī)器人院感防控系統(tǒng)。部署過程中，鈦米黨支部的中共黨員與入黨積極分子身著防護(hù)服，在數(shù)萬平方米的空間內(nèi)駕駛機(jī)器人，創(chuàng)建環(huán)境模型。經(jīng)過8個小時(shí)連夜奮戰(zhàn)，28臺機(jī)器人具備了在世博展覽館里自主運(yùn)行的能力，有助于降低患者交叉感染的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，也有力地保障著醫(yī)護(hù)人員安全。
With the support of fast and stable communication networks, service robots performing various functions at makeshift hospitals have become a force hard to ignore in Shanghai's fight against the latest COVID-19 resurgence.
Inside the makeshift hospital in Shanghai New International Expo Centre, the first batch of 28 "disinfection robots" have been put into use. Each of them is equipped with three disinfection modules: an ultraviolet lamp, an ultra-dry fog generator and a plasma air purifier, and can work 24 hours a day.
和“小白”同期上崗的服務(wù)機(jī)器人則“大肚能容”。其中一款“達(dá)闥5G室內(nèi)多功能云端機(jī)器人”一次性可以裝下20余份盒飯，并能自主前往指定位置，供患者自行領(lǐng)取盒飯。在機(jī)器人的輔助下，原先需要約20分鐘的人工分發(fā)過程可以縮短為約5分鐘。
In the meantime, a group of "5G indoor multifunctional cloud robots" can deliver over 20 boxed meals at a time, and go to designated locations for patients to collect their food themselves. With the assistance of these robots, the manual distribution of meals, which originally took about 20 minutes, can be completed in just 5 minutes.
The service robots have helped to reduce the risk of cross-infection between patients and effectively guarantee the safety of medical staff, according to an on-site worker.

為何這些機(jī)器人可以各司其職并不會干擾醫(yī)護(hù)人員的正常工作？“雙千兆”通信基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施派上了大用場。
參與上海新國際博覽中心方艙醫(yī)院通信基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的上海電信工作人員介紹，方艙醫(yī)院用網(wǎng)需求較為復(fù)雜：醫(yī)護(hù)人員正常工作需要接入專用內(nèi)網(wǎng)，這需要極高的安全性和抗干擾能力；院內(nèi)收治的數(shù)千名患者需要和親朋好友溝通，“隔離不隔絕”，這需要足夠的帶寬和速率；方艙醫(yī)院指揮部門還需要依托高速穩(wěn)定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)對艙內(nèi)情況進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測。
據(jù)悉，在上海電信、上海聯(lián)通、上海移動、上海鐵塔等通信企業(yè)的共同努力下，部署在上海新國際博覽中心方艙醫(yī)院的4G/5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)、光纖網(wǎng)絡(luò)、云WiFi等搭配使用，讓醫(yī)護(hù)人員、患者以及各種機(jī)器人都能各取所需。

上海聯(lián)通相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人表示，正在為浦東臨港方艙醫(yī)院建設(shè)開發(fā)“數(shù)字孿生指揮艙”，引入大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能、數(shù)字孿生等技術(shù)后，5G機(jī)器人采集到的多維數(shù)據(jù)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)處理、傳輸并最終呈現(xiàn)在綜合指揮大屏上，助力管理人員高效決策，實(shí)現(xiàn)對方艙醫(yī)院的高效管理。

浦東臨港方艙醫(yī)院內(nèi)有200多臺機(jī)器人也已“整裝待發(fā)”，它們將承擔(dān)起無接觸式物資配送等工作。未來會有更多聯(lián)通5G智能機(jī)器人在方艙醫(yī)院“上崗”。
