近來，有關(guān)武漢肺炎疫情的新情況再次引起公眾關(guān)注，人跟人之間是否傳染、與泰國肺炎病例是否相關(guān)等問題，都成為焦點。
1月15日凌晨，武漢市衛(wèi)生健康委員會發(fā)布《新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情知識問答》，回答了相關(guān)問題。
泰國病例
在問答中，武漢市衛(wèi)健委確認：
“2020年1月13日，泰國報道1例來自武漢的新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎病例。我市高度重視，及時進行調(diào)查。該患者為我市市民，現(xiàn)在泰國接受治療，病情穩(wěn)定。同時，衛(wèi)生健康部門對查找到的該患者的全部密切接觸者進行醫(yī)學觀察，目前無異常表現(xiàn)。”
此前據(jù)新華社報道，世界衛(wèi)生組織13日發(fā)表一份聲明說，已收到在泰國確診一名中國旅客感染新型冠狀病毒的報告，并援引泰國官員的消息表示這名患者正在康復中。泰國公共衛(wèi)生部13日通報，這名中國旅客被確診感染新型冠狀病毒，目前已經(jīng)在泰國一家醫(yī)院接受治療，病情穩(wěn)定，預(yù)計將在未來數(shù)天痊愈出院。

那么肺炎疫情是否存在人傳人情況？有關(guān)密切接觸者的情況如何？
對此，武漢衛(wèi)健委表示：
現(xiàn)有的調(diào)查結(jié)果表明，尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)明確的人傳人證據(jù)，不能排除有限人傳人的可能，但持續(xù)人傳人的風險較低。目前，正結(jié)合臨床和流行病學資料開展進一步研究。
Limited human-to-human transmission can't be ruled out from the recent pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, the local health commission said in a news release on Wednesday.The commission said that no clear evidence on human-to-human transmission has been found, but the possibility can't be ruled out. The risk of sustained human-to-human transmission is low, said the commission.
在確診的41例病例中，男性為主，中老年發(fā)病人數(shù)較多。病例早期以發(fā)熱和咳嗽癥狀為主，早期可表現(xiàn)為持續(xù)性輕癥，年齡較大或有基礎(chǔ)性疾病患者，易進展為重癥。現(xiàn)有病原學研究和流行病學調(diào)查的初步結(jié)果顯示，大多數(shù)病例與華南海鮮批發(fā)市場暴露相關(guān)，少數(shù)病例否認有華南海鮮批發(fā)市場暴露史，個別病例曾接觸過類似病例。目前未發(fā)現(xiàn)社區(qū)傳播。
The commission said that the majority of all the cases were male, and the number of elderly patients was high. Early symptoms include fever and coughing, and patients with underlying medical conditions could develop severe conditions easily. Preliminary results of existing etiological studies and epidemiological investigations show that most of the patients are linked to a local seafood market in Wuhan.

衛(wèi)健委表示：
在華南海鮮批發(fā)市場休市后，我市加強對市場環(huán)境衛(wèi)生學的處置，對市場進行了消毒衛(wèi)生處置，開展垃圾清理、消毒工作。為加強溯源工作，在市場內(nèi)采集環(huán)境標本進行檢測。目前，檢測結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)部分樣本新型冠狀病毒陽性。同時，對其他市場也進行了初步調(diào)查，尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)與感染來源有關(guān)的線索。
The market has been temporarily closed while environmental disinfection and sampling are carried out. Some samples tested positive for the new type of coronavirus. So far, no clue has been found to the source of the infection.
據(jù)《武漢晚報》報道， 1月1日，武漢華南海鮮批發(fā)市場貼出休市整治公告，根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)定以及衛(wèi)生部門對于肺炎疫情的情況通報，決定對市場實行休市，進行環(huán)境衛(wèi)生整治，開市時間另行通知。此前，根據(jù)武漢市衛(wèi)健委的相關(guān)情況通報，部分醫(yī)療機構(gòu)發(fā)現(xiàn)接診的多例肺炎病例與華南海鮮城有關(guān)聯(lián)。
A Central China wet market known for seafood was closed amid a pneumonia outbreak in Wuhan, according to the Wuhan Evening News. A notice posted outside the Huanan Seafood Market said that according to regulations for public health emergencies, the Wuhan Municipal Health Commission's Jianghan district bureau decided to suspend the seafood market's operation to improve its environment and sanitation. The opening time will be further notified.
