每年高考來臨前，各大高校的自主招生計(jì)劃都備受關(guān)注。然而，在實(shí)施了16年后，自主招生取消了！

1月14日，教育部公布《關(guān)于在部分高校開展基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科招生改革試點(diǎn)工作的意見》（也稱“強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃”），明確今年（2020年）起，原有高校自主招生方式不再使用，以“強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃”取代。

In a notice published Tuesday, China’s Ministry of Education launched a pilot enrollment plan for colleges that will replace China's independent enrollment scheme this year.
 


“強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃” 在36所“一流大學(xué)”建設(shè)高校范圍內(nèi)遴選高校開展試點(diǎn)，重點(diǎn)在數(shù)學(xué)、物理、化學(xué)、生物、歷史、哲學(xué)、古文字學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)招生。

The "strengthening basic disciplines plan" at 36 top universities focuses on students with special talents in majors in basic disciplines including math, physics, chemistry, biology, history, philosophy and ancient characters.

“強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃”將聚焦高端芯片與軟件、智能科技、新材料、先進(jìn)制造和國(guó)家安全等關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域以及國(guó)家人才緊缺的人文社會(huì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域。

The plan aims to encourage universities to enroll quality students who will be able to alleviate talent shortages in high-end chip and software design, intelligent technology, new materials and advanced manufacturing, and the social sciences, the ministry said.



通常，高中畢業(yè)生需要參加高考進(jìn)入大學(xué)。2003年起，高校自主招生辦法開始實(shí)行，允許一些重點(diǎn)高?；谧陨順?biāo)準(zhǔn)錄取學(xué)生。

High school graduates in China normally need to take the national college entrance examination, or gaokao, to be admitted to a university. Independent enrollment was added as an alternative admission method in 2003 to allow some key universities to enroll students based on subjective criteria.

強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃招生程序及管理要求中顯示，符合生源所在地當(dāng)年高考報(bào)名條件以及強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃招生學(xué)校報(bào)考條件的考生，由本人提出申請(qǐng)，于4月份按高校招生簡(jiǎn)章要求進(jìn)行網(wǎng)上報(bào)名。在6月初高考結(jié)束后，按照在生源所在省份強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃招生名額的一定倍數(shù)，以考生高考成績(jī)從高到低確定參加高校考核名單。有關(guān)高校于7月4日前完成對(duì)入圍考生組織高?？己耍êP試、面試）和體育測(cè)試，其中體育測(cè)試結(jié)果作為錄取的重要參考。

Students will be able to sign up for the basic disciplines plan in April. After they take the gaokao in early June, the 36 universities will release the list of students qualifying for the plan based on their gaokao scores. The ministry said they should then give those students written and physical tests and interviews before releasing final enrollment lists by July 5.
 

有關(guān)高校將考生高考成績(jī)、高校綜合考核結(jié)果及綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)情況等按比例合成考生綜合成績(jī)（其中高考成績(jī)所占比例不得低于85%）。

Student evaluation will be based on a combination of gaokao results, the results of basic discipline tests conducted by universities, and comprehensive quality results provided by high schools. The gaokao score will remain the most important criterion, accounting for more than 85 percent of the final result, the ministry said.


 
“強(qiáng)基計(jì)劃”錄取學(xué)生將實(shí)行小班化機(jī)制，配備最好的師資力量和教學(xué)環(huán)境。

Students admitted through the basic disciplines plan will be put in small, independent classes, with the best teaching resources and learning environment. 

據(jù)中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)網(wǎng)報(bào)道，此前90所高校將5%的錄取比例用于特殊人才，包括科學(xué)競(jìng)賽以及體育獲獎(jiǎng)等。通過自主招生入學(xué)的學(xué)生，享有降低分?jǐn)?shù)線或提前選擇專業(yè)等權(quán)利。每年有超過兩萬(wàn)名學(xué)生通過自主招生入學(xué)。

Ninety universities previously allocated 5 percent of their enrollment slots to students with special talents, such as those excelling in science competitions and sports. High school graduates admitted via the independent enrollment program enjoyed privileges including lower admission thresholds after the gaokao or priority in selecting majors.More than 20,000 students were admitted under the program every year.
