歷經(jīng)數(shù)月的特朗普彈劾案，終于迎來了最新結(jié)果！
美國時間5日，負責(zé)審理美國總統(tǒng)特朗普彈劾案的美國國會參議院，投票否決了針對特朗普的兩項彈劾條款。
U.S. President Donald Trump was acquitted on Wednesday afternoon by the Senate after the chamber voted down both articles of impeachment against him that the House approved late last year.
當(dāng)天下午，美國國會參議院以52票反對、48票贊成的表決結(jié)果認定指控特朗普濫用職權(quán)的彈劾條款不成立，以53票反對、47票贊成的表決結(jié)果認定指控特朗普妨礙國會的彈劾條款不成立。
Senators voted 52 to 48 to reject the first charge of abuse of power, and 53 to 47 against the second charge of obstruction of Congress.
兩項投票幾乎都按照黨派劃線。特朗普未被定罪，不會被罷免，彈劾案審理由此結(jié)束。而在這個時候，特朗普自然還是要通過推特來發(fā)言。
當(dāng)?shù)貢r間5日晚，特朗普先是轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)了一段有《時代》雜志封面的合成短視頻，里面出現(xiàn)了相繼出現(xiàn)“Trump 2024”，“Trump 2028”，“Trump 2032”等字樣的競選標識。而且，他還給推文置頂了。
此外，特朗普還在另外一條推文中表示，他將在美國時間周四中午發(fā)表講話，來談?wù)勗?ldquo;彈劾騙局”中獲得的勝利。
Trump, in a tweet after the votes wrapped up, said that he will be making a public statement Thursday noon at the White House to discuss what he calls the nation's "VICTORY on the Impeachment Hoax."
果然，特朗普于美國時間周四出現(xiàn)在白宮發(fā)表演講。他一上來就給這次彈劾事件定調(diào)了！
“這是一場慶祝。”特朗普說。
"It's a celebration," Trump said of the event.

He went on to say that "this is what the end result is" and held up a copy of The Washington Post with the headline "Trump acquitted." He joked he was going to take the paper home and frame it.

然后，他把矛頭直指佩洛西和彈劾案件相關(guān)的民主黨Adam Schiff等人。

另一邊，美國眾議院議長佩洛西則在一份聲明中表示，總統(tǒng)特朗普和共和黨議員“無法無天”。
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who led the Congress' impeachment drive against Trump, said in a statement that the president and Senate Republicans "have normalized lawlessness."
比起兩人的“嘴炮”，其實雙方的面對面過招更值得玩味。

US President Donald Trump and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi clashed in two stunning moments at Tuesday night's State of the Union address, when Trump appeared to ignore Pelosi's attempt at a handshake and she later ripped up her copy of his speech after he concluded.
CNN報道稱，目前還不清楚特朗普是否故意無視握手，知情人士也告知CNN，佩洛西怒撕講稿也并非有意安排，而是被其內(nèi)容激怒。
It's unclear whether Trump avoided Pelosi's handshake on purpose, and a source close to the House speaker told CNN the decision to tear up the speech wasn't planned but was sparked by her anger at the address.
不過，有視頻及圖片顯示，佩洛西其實在聽演講時，已經(jīng)做了“預(yù)撕”準備：她在桌子下面搞了小動作，而且在桌子后面的鏡頭可以看到，講稿的側(cè)面已經(jīng)被撕開了一個口子。
佩洛西并沒有進一步回應(yīng)。
CNN在報道中說，這兩個小動作無疑顯示出特朗普和佩洛西之間的惡化的關(guān)系，兩人已經(jīng)數(shù)月沒有溝通交流。而在華盛頓，歷時5個月的彈劾風(fēng)云以及即將到來的2020美國大選，則讓兩黨間的敵意加深了。
The moments were unmistakable signs of the deteriorating relationship between the two leaders, who hadn't communicated with each other in months, as well as the increasing partisan rancor in Washington following the five-month impeachment saga and the upcoming 2020 presidential election.
