隨著新學期開學延后，各地的學生、家長和老師們紛紛涌入在線課堂，各大app也做好了面對網(wǎng)絡教學的挑戰(zhàn)（戳這里回顧）。然而就在此時，阿里巴巴旗下的移動辦公app釘釘，卻熬不住了！
 

疫情期間，原為中國白領設計的遠程辦公app釘釘也成為了中小學生在線教育的平臺。據(jù)釘釘介紹，現(xiàn)在全國有大約2萬所學校、超過1200萬名學生正在使用該app學習在線課程。上周一，由于需求量猛增，釘釘一度出現(xiàn)問題，當日中午才恢復正常。

Alibaba Group’s communication app DingTalk, originally designed for China’s white collar workers, adapted to the virus outbreak by offering the service to help educate primary and middle school teenagers. The company said that more than 12 million students from around 20,000 schools across China are now taking online courses via DingTalk. A sudden surge in demand last Monday even triggered a temporary disruption of the software, whose service was restored to its full by noon.

上周日，釘釘在蘋果商店的評分只有2.5分；而在此之前，評分還出現(xiàn)過1.3分的超低分。

Last Sunday, in the Apple store for Chinese mainland users, the average rating for DingTalk was 2.5 stars out of 5. Days before that, its rating dropped to as low as 1.3. 



原因出人意料：小學生們來了。

The primary reason was unexpected: Pupils.

有觀點，學生們本有機會“享受”延長的寒假，但是現(xiàn)在卻不能如意了。諸如釘釘和騰訊會議等用于課堂直播的app，就躺槍了。

For some pupils, they could have enjoyed an extended holiday but have now narrowly missed that. Both DingTalk and Tencent Meeting are among the apps used in live-streaming classes and that's why they got the low ratings.

除此之外，Bilibili等平臺上還有各種拿釘釘開涮的 視頻。有些作品還建議大家給釘釘刷個五星好評，分五次還清……



2月14日，釘釘終于“撐不住了”！當天，釘釘官方微博賬號發(fā)出表情包一張，求饒之情溢于言表：

 
兩天后，釘釘通過B站賬號再次推送視頻，主題依然是：少俠，我求求你們了！



截至18日下午4時，釘釘?shù)脑u分還是沒有上去（2.6分），不過有評論已經(jīng)呼吁不要惡意刷差評：

此前，教育部等部門于2月12日發(fā)布《關于中小學延期開學期間“停課不停學”有關工作安排的通知》（以下簡稱《通知》），對“停課不停學”工作提出明確意見?！锻ㄖ诽岢?，確保不增加學生負擔。要注重疫情防護知識普及，加強生命教育、公共安全教育和心理健康教育等。

Schools should not add an unnecessary academic burden on primary and secondary students through online classes, the Ministry of Education said last Wednesday. Online courses should be related to infection prevention, psychological health and educational activities and content.

《通知》中還強調(diào)，特別要防止各地各校不顧條件都組織教師錄課，增加教師不必要的負擔。

Schools should make good use of existing online teaching materials, rather than putting extra workload on teachers and asking them to record online classes.



2月17日，教育部有關負責人表示，國家中小學網(wǎng)絡云平臺今日正式開通，為全國近1.8億中小學生免費提供在家上課服務。據(jù)悉該平臺提供防疫教育、品德教育、專題教育、課程學習、電子教材及影視教育等6大模塊的學習資源。
