我國本輪疫情流行高峰已經(jīng)過去，風(fēng)險慢慢轉(zhuǎn)為境外輸入風(fēng)險。如何加強對輸入患者的管控，避免境外輸入患者成為新的傳染源，成為大家關(guān)注的焦點。
國家衛(wèi)生健康委員會數(shù)據(jù)顯示，3月16日0—24時，新增報告境外輸入確診病例20例（北京9例，上海3例，廣東3例，浙江1例，山東1例，廣西1例，云南1例，陜西1例）。截至3月16日24時，累計報告境外輸入確診病例143例。
隱瞞病情被立案偵查
最近，在一些地方出現(xiàn)了隱瞞病情的入境病例，相關(guān)部門也公布了應(yīng)對措施。
北京市公安局官方微博@平安北京周一發(fā)布通報，順義公安分局以涉嫌妨害傳染病防治罪，已對從美國乘坐航班回國、但沒有如實反映健康狀況的黎某立案偵查。

3月14、15日，北京市疾控中心和中國國際航空公司在北京市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作新聞發(fā)布會上通報，黎某在美期間已出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀，并多次在當(dāng)?shù)鼐驮\，在美國登機前曾服用退燒藥，登機后未如實向乘務(wù)人員提供個人健康狀況及丈夫、兒子等同行人員情況，給同機人員造成傳染風(fēng)險。目前，黎某正在定點醫(yī)院接受治療，其丈夫、兒子接受隔離觀察。

小湯山醫(yī)院啟用
面對每天大量入境人員，又該如何做好隔離檢測工作？
北京市政府在上周日表示，所有境外進京人員，均應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)送至集中觀察點進行14天的隔離觀察。集中隔離觀察期間，隔離人員費用需要自理。

3月16日，北京小湯山醫(yī)院重新啟用，將主要用于境外來（返）京人員中需篩查人員、疑似病例及輕型、普通型確診患者的篩查和治療。

17年前，為了有效控制SARS疫情，北京在7天內(nèi)建成小湯山醫(yī)院；17年后，小湯山醫(yī)院修繕工程啟動。
小湯山醫(yī)院設(shè)床位1000余張，主要用于北京海關(guān)檢疫后有風(fēng)險人員的進一步醫(yī)學(xué)篩查。
The hospital, which has more than 1,000 beds, will observe and treat travelers at high risk of infection, following up on airport screenings.
對確診病例或疑似病例收進醫(yī)院進行治療，對篩查后未發(fā)現(xiàn)異常的旅客將由目的地省份以安全適宜方式運回本地，京內(nèi)旅客由各區(qū)接回，實施集中隔離醫(yī)學(xué)觀察14天，實現(xiàn)閉環(huán)運行和管理。
小湯山醫(yī)院擴建區(qū)域的病房設(shè)施等所有設(shè)施均已驗收合格。同時，小湯山醫(yī)院還從市屬醫(yī)院中選派了數(shù)百名醫(yī)護人員，專業(yè)涵蓋感染、急診、重癥、放射、中醫(yī)等，已完成系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)及防護培訓(xùn)。
All facilities and equipment used at the hospital passed inspection before being put into operation, and the capital has assigned several hundred medical personnel from various disciplines — infectious diseases, emergency, intensive care, radiation and traditional Chinese medicine — to the hospital.
另據(jù)新華社3月12日報道，北京市已啟用新國展作為首都機場疫情高發(fā)國家入境旅客的轉(zhuǎn)運集散地。據(jù)悉，此集散地用于經(jīng)機場檢疫后未出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀的低風(fēng)險人群臨時集散，而后再由相關(guān)?。▍^(qū)、市）和北京市各區(qū)接轉(zhuǎn)旅客。
海關(guān)總署政策法規(guī)司司長王軍說表示，希望廣大出入境旅客，一定要如實完整、準確填報《健康申明卡》，并配合海關(guān)做好體溫監(jiān)測醫(yī)學(xué)巡查、流行病學(xué)調(diào)查等各項衛(wèi)生檢疫措施。
這既是對本人和家人健康安全的保護，也是必須履行的法律義務(wù)，懷著僥幸心理，不僅要承受全社會的輿論譴責(zé)，還將面臨牢獄之災(zāi)。
