湖北省新冠肺炎疫情防控指揮部24日發(fā)布通告說(shuō)，湖北省除武漢市以外地區(qū)，將于3月25日起解除離鄂通道管控，武漢市將于4月8日起解除離漢離鄂通道管控措施。

Wuhan will open travel to outside the city on April 8, with other parts of Hubei province ending their lockdown on Wednesday, according to a government announcement.

通告說(shuō)，從3月25日零時(shí)起，武漢市以外地區(qū)解除離鄂通道管控，有序恢復(fù)對(duì)外交通，離鄂人員憑湖北健康碼“綠碼”安全有序流動(dòng)。

The provincial government said on Tuesday areas other than Wuhan will restore outbound traffic on Wednesday and people will need to show a health code — a digital health certificate issued by the province — when leaving the province.

武漢市繼續(xù)實(shí)施嚴(yán)格的離漢離鄂通道管控措施。從3月25日零時(shí)起，在做好健康管理、落實(shí)防控措施的前提下，對(duì)持有湖北健康碼“綠碼”的外出務(wù)工人員，經(jīng)核酸檢測(cè)合格后，采取“點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)、一站式”的辦法集中精準(zhǔn)輸送，確保安全有序返崗。從4月8日零時(shí)起，武漢市解除離漢離鄂通道管控措施，有序恢復(fù)對(duì)外交通，離漢人員憑湖北健康碼“綠碼”安全有序流動(dòng)。

外省來(lái)鄂來(lái)漢人員憑外省健康碼或湖北健康碼“綠碼”，在全省范圍內(nèi)安全有序流動(dòng)，不需另行提供健康證明（確實(shí)無(wú)法申領(lǐng)健康碼的除外）、流動(dòng)證明、流入地申請(qǐng)審批表或接收證明、車輛通行證等。

People from other provinces will be able to travel within the province with the health code issued by their original provincial regions without the need to present other certificates.

通告說(shuō)，省內(nèi)大專院校、中小學(xué)、中職學(xué)校、技工院校、幼兒園等繼續(xù)延期開(kāi)學(xué)。具體開(kāi)學(xué)時(shí)間根據(jù)疫情防控情況，經(jīng)科學(xué)評(píng)估后確定。

The opening time of school, including colleges, kindergartens and vocational institutions, is still postponed and will be set at a later time, it said.

通告中還要求各地要進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化屬地責(zé)任，毫不放松抓緊抓實(shí)抓細(xì)各項(xiàng)防控工作，嚴(yán)防人員流動(dòng)和聚集增加帶來(lái)疫情反彈風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，妥善應(yīng)對(duì)輸入性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。要統(tǒng)籌做好滯留在漢在鄂人員返程等工作，細(xì)化工作安排，確保安全有序流動(dòng)。要積極有序推進(jìn)企事業(yè)單位復(fù)工復(fù)產(chǎn)，努力把疫情造成的損失降到最低限度，力爭(zhēng)全省經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展早日全面步入正常軌道。

乘客乘坐公交車和地鐵出行時(shí)，必須佩戴口罩、依次排隊(duì)測(cè)溫，按照安全管理要求實(shí)名登記、掃碼乘車。未取得湖北健康碼“綠碼”的外省來(lái)鄂來(lái)漢人員，可憑外省健康碼乘坐公交車和地鐵，同樣實(shí)行實(shí)名登記、掃碼乘車。此外，為最大限度減少易感人群的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，倡導(dǎo)65歲以上老人以及非必需出行人群暫不乘坐公共交通工具出行。
