4月26日，當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)再一次沖上風(fēng)口浪尖，而這一次的焦點(diǎn)依然是其創(chuàng)始人之一李國慶：網(wǎng)曝他在支持者的幫助下，沖入當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)辦公室，拿走了公司公章。值得注意的是，當(dāng)天李國慶的妻子，當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)聯(lián)合創(chuàng)始人之一俞渝并不在場(chǎng)。

李國慶：我接管當(dāng)當(dāng)

據(jù)澎湃新聞報(bào)道，當(dāng)天李國慶在當(dāng)當(dāng)張貼了一張《當(dāng)當(dāng)告全體員工書》，列舉俞渝種種“不當(dāng)行為”，并稱已于4月24日召開臨時(shí)股東會(huì)。臨時(shí)股東大會(huì)決議稱：公司依法成立董事會(huì)，通過新的《公司章程》，并舉行第一屆董事會(huì)第一次會(huì)議，選舉李國慶為董事長與總經(jīng)理，俞渝不再擔(dān)任當(dāng)當(dāng)公司執(zhí)行董事、法定代表人及總經(jīng)理。

《告全體員工書》中還包括：自2020年2月1日始至今，以“開除、辭退、優(yōu)化”等方式的人事流程全部終止；公司擬以2019年度稅后凈利潤30%進(jìn)行股東分紅等內(nèi)容。

當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)：公章作廢，已報(bào)警

26日，當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)副總裁闞敏在電話采訪中確認(rèn)，李國慶與數(shù)名保鏢一同拿走公章，公司已經(jīng)報(bào)警。

Dangdang's Vice President Kan Min said in an online press conference last Sunday that Li took the seals away with several bodyguards who came with him and the company reported this to the police.

闞敏在采訪中透露：

李國慶從2015年開始不再負(fù)責(zé)當(dāng)當(dāng)工作，2018年離開辦公室；
《告全體員工書》是其私自越權(quán)作出的決議，是違法的、無效的；
當(dāng)當(dāng)?shù)墓芾韺影俜种僦С钟嵊濉?br />
在回答“當(dāng)當(dāng)最想對(duì)李國慶說什么？”這個(gè)問題時(shí)，闞敏說：“趕緊走，離當(dāng)當(dāng)越遠(yuǎn)越好。”

"The way he took away the seals was illegal, not to mention that he came with several bodyguards," Kan said, noting that Li's illegal activity has had no impact on Dangdang's business since Li has no management rights and left the company several years. "All the members of the leadership group of the company support Yu, not Li," Kan said. He suggested that Li stay away from the company, the further away the better.

當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)還發(fā)布聲明，表示公章、財(cái)務(wù)章、財(cái)務(wù)部門章即日作廢，不會(huì)認(rèn)可加蓋公章的相關(guān)合同文件等。

The company also released a statement, saying that it will not recognize any contract, agreement, or document of a contract nature that has the company's seals on it, and the stolen seals have been invalidated.

當(dāng)當(dāng)網(wǎng)成立于1999年11月，由俞渝、李國慶夫婦聯(lián)合創(chuàng)立。據(jù)李國慶此前在個(gè)人微博所述，他在2019年7月底向法院遞交起訴狀和俞渝離婚，10月17日雙方收到了法院離婚傳單，但俞渝以感情未破裂為由不同意離婚。
