最近，為快遞包裹提供儲存業(yè)務(wù)的豐巢成為了網(wǎng)友熱議的焦點(diǎn)：該公司宣布，將對超時滯留快件收取費(fèi)用。
Hive Box, a self-service smart locker company, is the subject of heated debate in China after the company announced it would charge late fees to customers who don't pick up their couriered packages on time.
4月30日，豐巢宣布：非會員用戶將享受12小時的免費(fèi)保管，超時后收費(fèi)0.5元/12小時，3元封頂；法定節(jié)假日不計(jì)費(fèi)。
Shenzhen Hive Box Technology Co., Ltd (Fengchao) announced that from April 30, it will charge non-members 0.5 yuan per 12 hours if they fail to pick up their packages from its Hive Box terminals within 12 hours. The extra charge will be capped at three yuan, and there will be no charge for legal holidays.

此外，豐巢還推出了多種會員服務(wù)。其中月卡5元，可享受不限保管次數(shù)，當(dāng)月任意收件，每件7天長時存放。季卡12元，可享受不限保管次數(shù)，7天長時存放。
The company also launched various services for members, with monthly membership priced at five yuan and seasonal membership at 12 yuan. There will be no limit on the number of times a package can be stored within the membership period. Each package can be stored for seven days.

豐巢的新方案很快引發(fā)不滿。據(jù)澎湃新聞報道，杭州東新園小區(qū)業(yè)委會和物業(yè)公司決定對其暫停使用，5月7日7點(diǎn)，小區(qū)內(nèi)17個豐巢快遞柜全部被物業(yè)拔掉電源。6日，小區(qū)業(yè)委會、物業(yè)相繼發(fā)出通知，稱7日起暫停使用豐巢快遞柜，請業(yè)主盡快取出柜內(nèi)物品，以免停用后無法取件，并與快遞員溝通采用其他方式送取快遞。

5月9日下午，豐巢科技有限公司發(fā)布《東新園業(yè)委會事件聲明》，稱業(yè)委會此舉違約。
On the afternoon of May 9, Fengchao issued a statement on the suspension of its Hive Box service in the community. It claimed the committee had breached the contract by suspending the service as it had already paid the rent to the committee for the terminals.
不過據(jù)央視網(wǎng)報道，除了杭州東新園小區(qū)，其他地方也陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)小區(qū)抵制豐巢的現(xiàn)象。

據(jù)報道，豐巢此前一直提供免費(fèi)保管服務(wù)，收件人不在家時，快遞將包裹放在豐巢貨柜中是很常見的操作。這樣的服務(wù)，對于不經(jīng)常在家或者不希望透露家庭具體地址的用戶而言很受歡迎。
The company previously offered the storage service for free, and it is common practice for delivery people to drop the parcels at one of the Hive Box stations for collection if the recipients are not home. The service is wildly popular with people who are not often at home or who do not wish to expose their exact home address.
豐巢為何突然收費(fèi)？據(jù)央視網(wǎng)報道，收費(fèi)方案背后是運(yùn)營的巨額虧損。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，豐巢2020年一季度未經(jīng)審計(jì)的營業(yè)收入3.34億元，虧損2.45億元，而2019年?duì)I收16.14億元，虧損7.81億元。
The loss in 2019 reached 781 million, plus 245 million yuan in the first quarter of 2020.

盡管一直處于虧損狀態(tài)，但豐巢卻在擴(kuò)大自己的市場占有率。5月5日晚間，順豐控股發(fā)布公告，豐巢網(wǎng)絡(luò)擬通過股權(quán)重組的方式收購中郵智遞，收購?fù)瓿珊?，豐巢的市場占有率將達(dá)到70%。

豐巢方面表示，這次推出超時存放的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)初衷是為了服務(wù)進(jìn)一步的精細(xì)化，改善投遞效率，同時也希望推動物流末端市場的迭代。此外，考慮到快遞柜目前經(jīng)常被超長時間占用，公司面臨經(jīng)營成本上的壓力，才做出調(diào)整。不過，目前多地監(jiān)管部門已經(jīng)表示，對未經(jīng)用戶同意擅自將快件投入智能快件箱等不規(guī)范行為，用戶可以進(jìn)行投訴或者舉報，郵政管理部門也將依法予以查處。
5月9日晚間，豐巢官方發(fā)布公開信，再次闡述有關(guān)收費(fèi)要求和會員機(jī)制。不過，豐巢態(tài)度疑似緩和，并提出給予紅包補(bǔ)償。
