前不久，藝人仝卓在一次直播中，稱自己參加高考時(shí)把身份從往屆生變?yōu)閼?yīng)屆生。此事引發(fā)社會(huì)廣泛關(guān)注。近日，相關(guān)事件的調(diào)查有了最新通報(bào)。

6月12日，山西省臨汾市紀(jì)委監(jiān)委公布了調(diào)查結(jié)果，15名弄虛作假為仝卓偽造應(yīng)屆生身份、辦理預(yù)備黨員手續(xù)人員分別受到嚴(yán)肅處理，其中3名工作人員涉嫌偽造國家機(jī)關(guān)證件被采取強(qiáng)制措施。

Three people were put under police investigation and another 12 people have been punished for aiding Tong in fabricating his identity, according to a notice by Shanxi's Linfen Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China and the Linfen Supervisory Commission last Friday.
 


通報(bào)中顯示，2012年，當(dāng)時(shí)姓名為李振華的仝卓，在北京參加高考未能考取自己理想的學(xué)校——解放軍藝術(shù)學(xué)院。由于該學(xué)校有只招收應(yīng)屆生要求，為了能第二年繼續(xù)報(bào)考該校，仝卓的繼父，時(shí)任臨汾市人大常委會(huì)副秘書長、辦公室副主任仝天峰幫助仝卓偽造身份。

An investigation by Linfen's disciplinary watchdogs found he had the identity changed with the help of his stepfather, Tong Tianfeng, deputy secretary general of the Linfen People's Congress. Tong Zhuo first took the gaokao in Beijing under the name Li Zhenhua in June 2012 and was not admitted to his dream school, the School of Military Culture at the National Defense University of the People's Liberation Army. He wanted to apply to the school again the next year. However, only fresh high school graduates are eligible to apply.
 


根據(jù)臨汾市紀(jì)委監(jiān)委公布的調(diào)查結(jié)果，從整個(gè)事件來看，涉及教育、戶籍、學(xué)校等多部門，以及轉(zhuǎn)學(xué)、報(bào)名、資格審核、錄取等多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。

2013年，仝卓以偽造的應(yīng)屆生身份參加了解放軍藝術(shù)學(xué)院、中央戲劇學(xué)院、天津音樂學(xué)院等學(xué)校專業(yè)考試，同年6月參加高考并被中央戲劇學(xué)院錄取。

Tong Zhuo's identity was changed to a fresh high school graduate in Linfen and he took part in interviews at the School of Military Culture, the Central Academy of Drama and the Tianjin Conservatory of Music in early 2013. He failed the test at the School of Military Culture again, and applied for the latter two schools in that year's exam. He was later admitted to the Central Academy of Drama.   

通報(bào)中提到，該案涉及的公職人員也均被作出相應(yīng)處理。仝天峰嚴(yán)重違反組織紀(jì)律，伙同他人偽造仝卓應(yīng)屆生和黨員身份，受到留黨察看一年、政務(wù)撤職處分；3人涉嫌犯偽造國家機(jī)關(guān)證件罪被公安機(jī)關(guān)立案偵查并采取強(qiáng)制措施。
 


通報(bào)中公布了對(duì)于仝卓黨員身份弄虛作假、以及相關(guān)人員對(duì)抗組織調(diào)查等問題的處理。
 


中央紀(jì)委國家監(jiān)委網(wǎng)站則于14日撰文指出，當(dāng)時(shí)北京與山西高考報(bào)名系統(tǒng)并未聯(lián)網(wǎng)，因此山西無法發(fā)現(xiàn)仝卓曾經(jīng)在北京參加過高考?？陀^上當(dāng)時(shí)的制度有漏洞，主觀上卻是個(gè)別領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部罔顧黨紀(jì)國法、不當(dāng)用權(quán)的肆意妄為。這起發(fā)生在2012年的高考舞弊案暴露出的學(xué)籍管理漏洞，在2014年全國中小學(xué)生學(xué)籍信息管理系統(tǒng)全國聯(lián)網(wǎng)運(yùn)行后，已經(jīng)被有效封堵。

12日，山西省教育廳也公布了仝卓事件的相關(guān)調(diào)查通報(bào)，通報(bào)顯示：仝卓于2013年第二次參加高考之前偽造了應(yīng)屆生身份，所以才可以去報(bào)考只招收應(yīng)屆生的學(xué)校。

According to the investigation results released by the Shanxi provincial education department last Friday, the singer changed his personal information to show he was a fresh high school graduate before he took the gaokao in 2013 for the second time, so he could be eligible for a top art school that only accepts recent graduates.

通報(bào)中還顯示：山西省招生考試管理中心已作出仝卓參加山西省2013年普通高校招生全國統(tǒng)一考試各階段、各科成績無效的處理決定。
 
6月12日中央戲劇學(xué)院在網(wǎng)站上發(fā)布通告，稱依法撤銷仝卓取得的畢業(yè)證書。中戲方面表示，仝卓是歌劇系2013級(jí)歌劇表演班（五年制）本科生，但是由于不符合授予學(xué)士學(xué)位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，未被授予學(xué)位證書。

The Central Academy of Drama stripped singer and actor Tong Zhuo of his graduation certificate last Friday after investigations. According to the academy, Tong was admitted in 2013 and did not get a diploma from the university when he graduated in 2018, as he did not meet requirements.

5月22日晚，仝卓在一次網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播中談及自己的考學(xué)經(jīng)歷，期間自曝“我們還搞了很多……所謂的就是（操作）……我就成為了應(yīng)屆生。”直播中的仝卓在說完后還捂嘴笑了。

The scandal broke when the singer was chatting with fans on a livestreaming platform late last month. "We used a lot of so-called …… and then I became a fresh high school graduate," said Tong, 26, laughing with one hand over his mouth.

仝卓在道歉信中表示自己感到“羞愧”：“大家的批評(píng)讓我真正認(rèn)識(shí)了自己的問題。高考是一件非常嚴(yán)肅的事情，任何人都不應(yīng)以不正確的言行影響其公平、公正。”

Tong said in his apology that he felt guilty. "Public criticism has made me realize my mistake," he said. "The gaokao is a very serious exam and no one should speak or act unlawfully to jeopardize its fairness and justice."
