據(jù)路透社報(bào)道，當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間周一，英國外交大臣多米尼克•拉布在議會(huì)上宣布，英國將暫停與中國香港之間的引渡條約，以回應(yīng)香港國安法的實(shí)施。拉布稱，這一決定將立即生效。

Britain announced on Monday it would suspend its extradition treaty with Hong Kong in an escalation of a dispute with China over its introduction of a national security law. U.K Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab told parliament the treaty would be suspended immediately
 

拉布還確認(rèn)英國將對(duì)香港實(shí)施武器禁運(yùn)（an arms embargo），將把對(duì)中國內(nèi)地的武器禁運(yùn)政策擴(kuò)展到香港，阻止英國出口相關(guān)武器設(shè)備到香港，如槍支（firearms）、煙霧彈（smoke grenades）和手銬（shackles）等。

針對(duì)英國的這一決定，中國駐英國使館發(fā)言人也在第一時(shí)間做出了回應(yīng)。
 


中國駐英國使館發(fā)言人回應(yīng)稱：

近期，英方多次圍繞香港國安法做出錯(cuò)誤言行，干涉香港事務(wù)和中國內(nèi)政，中方已多次向英方提出嚴(yán)正交涉，表示強(qiáng)烈不滿和堅(jiān)決反對(duì)。

Recently the UK has repeatedly made wrong remarks on the National Security Law for Hong Kong SAR to interfere in Hong Kong affairs, which are internal affairs of China. The Chinese side has lodged solemn representations to the UK side on many occasions to express our grave concern and strong opposition.

英方不顧中方嚴(yán)正立場(chǎng)和一再交涉，變本加厲，一錯(cuò)再錯(cuò)，再次違反國際法和國際關(guān)系基本準(zhǔn)則，粗暴干涉中國內(nèi)政，企圖干擾香港國安法實(shí)施，破壞香港繁榮穩(wěn)定，中方對(duì)此表示強(qiáng)烈譴責(zé)和堅(jiān)決反對(duì)。中國政府執(zhí)行香港國安法的決心堅(jiān)定不移，維護(hù)國家主權(quán)、安全、發(fā)展利益的決心堅(jiān)定不移，反對(duì)任何外來干涉的決心堅(jiān)定不移。對(duì)于干涉中國內(nèi)政的行徑，中方必將作出堅(jiān)決回?fù)簟?/strong>

Now the UK side has gone even further down the wrong road in disregard of China’s solemn position and repeated representations. It once again contravened international law and the basic norms governing international relations and blatantly interfered in China’s internal affairs in an attempt to disrupt the implementation of the National Security Law for Hong Kong SAR and undermine the city’s prosperity and stability. The Chinese side strongly condemns and firmly opposes this. The Chinese Government remains unwavering in its resolve to implement the National Security Law for Hong Kong SAR, to safeguard national sovereignty, security and development interest, and to oppose external interference. China will firmly fight back at any move that interferes in its internal affairs.

香港國安法是確保“一國兩制”行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)、確保香港長治久安和繁榮穩(wěn)定的“定海神針”。實(shí)施國安法后，香港將更安全、更美好、更繁榮，我們對(duì)香港的光明未來充滿信心。任何向中方施壓、阻撓該法實(shí)施的企圖都必將遭到包括香港同胞在內(nèi)的14億中國人民的堅(jiān)決反對(duì)，注定不會(huì)得逞。中方敦促英方立即停止以任何方式干涉香港事務(wù)和中國內(nèi)政，不要在錯(cuò)誤的道路上越走越遠(yuǎn)，否則必將自食其果。

The National Security Law for Hong Kong SAR is an anchor for the steady and sustained implementation of “One Country, Two Systems” and for the long-term security, prosperity and stability in Hong Kong. This Law will make Hong Kong a safer, better and more prosperous place. We are full of confidence in the bright future of Hong Kong SAR. Any attempt to pressurize China and obstruct the implementation of this Law will meet the strong opposition of 1.4 billion Chinese people, including Hong Kong compatriots, and such attempt is doomed to failure. China urges the UK side to immediately stop interfering in Hong Kong affairs, which are China’s internal affairs, in any form. The UK will bear the consequences if it insists on going down the wrong road.

汪文斌表示：英方近來有關(guān)涉港錯(cuò)誤言論和舉措，罔顧香港國安法有助“一國兩制”行穩(wěn)致遠(yuǎn)的基本事實(shí)，嚴(yán)重違反國際法和國際關(guān)系基本準(zhǔn)則，粗暴干涉中國內(nèi)政，中方對(duì)此表示強(qiáng)烈譴責(zé)。中方敦促英方不要在錯(cuò)誤的道路上越走越遠(yuǎn)，以免對(duì)中英關(guān)系造成進(jìn)一步損害。 

China strongly condemns the UK's recent wrong remarks and moves on Hong Kong which disregard the basic fact that the Law on Safeguarding National Security in the HKSAR is conducive to the steady and sustained implementation of "one country, two systems" in Hong Kong, grossly violate international law and basic norms governing international relations, and flagrantly interfere in China's domestic affairs. We urge the UK to stop going further down the wrong path to avoid greater damage to China-UK relations.
