前不久剛剛宣布無(wú)限期撤檔的迪士尼電影《花木蘭》（戳這里回顧），又傳來(lái)了新消息。

迪士尼于周二宣布，真人大作《花木蘭》將跳過(guò)全球大部分院線，并于9月份直接在公司旗下的流媒體平臺(tái)Disney+上線。

Walt Disney Co’s live-action epic “Mulan” will skip most of the world’s movie theaters and go directly to the company’s streaming platform in September, the media giant said on Tuesday.

迪士尼首席執(zhí)行官Bob Chapek表示，美國(guó)的Disney+平臺(tái)訂閱用戶(hù)需要支付29.99美元在線觀看影片。影片在加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭和西歐等地的價(jià)格會(huì)略有不同。“我們將此視為一次契機(jī)，把這部不可思議的電影帶給廣大無(wú)法前往影院的觀眾，同時(shí)增加Disney+平臺(tái)的價(jià)值和吸引力。”Chapek說(shuō)。

U.S. subscribers to Disney+ will need to pay additional 29.99 U.S. dollars to stream "Mulan" in their homes.The cost will vary slightly in other countries including Canada, Australia and New Zealand and in parts of Western Europe, Disney Chief Executive Bob Chapek said. “We see this as an opportunity to bring this incredible film to a broad audience currently unable to go to cinemas, while also further enhancing the value and attractiveness of a Disney+ subscription,” Chapek said.



受疫情影響，3月中旬以來(lái)美國(guó)大型連鎖院線一直關(guān)閉，迪士尼做出這樣的決定，也是因?yàn)橛霸哼€沒(méi)有復(fù)工帶來(lái)的不確定性。

The decision came amid uncertainty about when big movie theater chains in the United States will be able to reopen after being shuttered since mid-March because of the coronavirus pandemic.

目前，美國(guó)院線還沒(méi)有復(fù)工的消息，但是中國(guó)的不少電影院線已經(jīng)重啟。中國(guó)觀眾們則關(guān)心《花木蘭》在中國(guó)上映的日期。
   




Chapek介紹，目前沒(méi)有Disney+服務(wù)的地方，以及影院已經(jīng)復(fù)工的地方，《花木蘭》還是會(huì)在9月4日上映。

“Mulan” will be released Sept. 4 in movie theaters in countries that do not currently have the Disney+ platform and where movie theaters are back in business, Chapek added.

據(jù)《南華早報(bào)》網(wǎng)站報(bào)道，目前沒(méi)有Disney+業(yè)務(wù)覆蓋的中國(guó)，觀眾應(yīng)該可以在影院中觀看影片。



Chapek表示，《花木蘭》改在線上播出也是疫情之下的一時(shí)之舉，不代表迪士尼電影的長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略會(huì)有變化。

Chapek said the plan for “Mulan” represented a one-time shift amid the pandemic and did not signal a change to Disney’s long-term film strategy.



《花木蘭》的制作成本大約為2億美元。原計(jì)劃今年3月上映，但是由于大部分影院關(guān)閉，上映日期也推遲了數(shù)次。最近一次上映日期曾定于8月21日，影院運(yùn)營(yíng)人員寄希望于影片可以刺激夏末電影市場(chǎng)。上個(gè)月，迪士尼最終決定無(wú)限期延遲上映，將影片從院線的上映日期中拿掉。

Mulan cost an estimated US$200 million to produce.“Mulan” had been scheduled to reach theaters in March, but its release has been postponed several times as many cinemas remain closed. Most recently, it was set to debut Aug. 21, and theater operators had hoped it would help spark a late-summer rebound for movie-going. Last month, Disney delayed Mulan indefinitely, pulling the film from its theatrical calendar.

據(jù)資訊網(wǎng)站The Verge 報(bào)道，迪士尼另外兩部準(zhǔn)備上映的電影《新變種人》和《黑寡婦》，暫時(shí)保留了8月26日和11月6日的上映安排。發(fā)言人表示，“在全球衛(wèi)生危機(jī)的情況下，很明顯在影片上映方面，任何事情都無(wú)法板上釘釘。”

Two of Disney’s other upcoming films, The New Mutants and Black Widow, remain with their respective release dates of August 28th and November 6th. A spokesperson told Variety that “it’s become clear that nothing can be set in stone when it comes to how we release films during this global health crisis.”
