這兩天，一張浙江杭州余杭區(qū)的招聘公示引發(fā)網友圍觀，因為公示名單里，清一色是來自清華、北大的畢業(yè)生，而且均為碩士研究生和博士研究生！
A notice of recruitment candidates by public institutions of Yuhang district in Hangzhou, capital of Zhejiang province, recently went viral on social media as most of the candidates were graduates of Tsinghua and Peking universities, the nation's top higher education institutions, with master's or doctorates.

然而，清北高材生vs街道辦事處，有網友認為這樣的應聘有“大材小用”之嫌，不過也有網友認為這有利于基層社區(qū)的發(fā)展。
Some netizens questioned whether they are overqualified for the position while others said this is good for the development of local communities.
對于網絡上的關注，余杭區(qū)委組織部相關負責人表示“大家看到的這張公示截圖，是我們2018年面向應往屆高校畢業(yè)生招的，有很多來自其他地區(qū)的選調生，他們看中的是杭州的發(fā)展?jié)摿突盍?，還有我們招聘時的誠意。”
"Actually, the notice spread on social media was published in 2018. The candidates who chose a job in a grassroots community were attracted by the potential and vitality of Hangzhou and the attractive package we provided," said an official in charge of the organization department of Yuhang district. It issued a series of favorable policies in recent years.
該負責人也表示，現在網上傳的帖子他也看到了，清華北大的學生來街道工作并非大材小用，是余杭經濟社會發(fā)展的需要，很多工作專業(yè)性強，亟需更多的青年才俊在經濟社會的服務管理上做好專業(yè)支撐。
負責人還介紹，2017年，基于整個余杭的高速發(fā)展態(tài)勢，特別是數字經濟蓬勃發(fā)展、社會治理工作繁重，他們主動前往清華、北大等重點高校去推介，當時的反響超乎預料。
Yuhang District is one of the most cutting-edge areas for internet technology in China. In recent years, its economy has developed rapidly, especially the digital economy. Starting from 2017, Yuhang district launched special recruitment programs targeted at graduates from Tsinghua and Peking University.

據中國日報網報道，余杭地區(qū)2019年的GDP達到2820億元。這里擁有超過1000家高科技企業(yè)，也是電商巨頭阿里巴巴的總部所在地。
Yuhang, in northeastern Hangzhou, realized a GDP of 282 billion yuan in 2019. The district was home to more than 1,000 high-tech enterprises in 2019, including the headquarters of e-commerce giant Alibaba.
而新京報官方微博的文章也指出，清北碩博到余杭區(qū)的街道辦工作，雖然的確屬于基層，但卻是我國互聯網技術發(fā)端最為前沿的核心地區(qū)之一。這些街道辦的規(guī)劃、管理，需要的知識能力要求并不低。
那么，已經到了余杭地區(qū)工作的清北畢業(yè)生又有何感想呢？《錢江晚報》記者采訪了北京大學法學院碩士柳云南，他2018年來到余杭區(qū)東湖街道工作，這個崗位是他自己選擇的。“我覺得基層很鍛煉人，而且也有晉升空間。”

"I think grass-roots work is very good training and has a lot of space for development," said Liu Yunan, master of Law at Peking University, in an interview with Qianjiang Evening News. Liu chose the job by himself and came to work in the Donghu Street sub-district office of Yuhang District in 2018.
剛入職的時候，基于對法律法規(guī)的熟悉以及扎實的文字功底，柳云南在辦公室工作，主要負責綜合性材料的撰寫?？紤]到其綜合能力強，工作一年后，柳云南就升任街道的團工委書記。
At first, he was mainly responsible for writing official documents, because of his familiarity with laws and solid writing skills, and after working for a year, Liu was promoted to be the secretary of the communist Youth League committee of the street.
柳云南覺得，現在的工作充實而幸福，收入也符合自己的預期，如今能在更大的平臺上發(fā)揮自己的專業(yè)優(yōu)勢和才能，自己很滿意。
看完這些介紹，網友們則表示并不奇怪！
實際上，頂尖學府的畢業(yè)生投身基層工作已經不是新鮮事兒。在廣州，深圳以及其他城市都設立了“最佳街道辦”，有很多優(yōu)秀高校畢業(yè)生在此工作。
It is not a new thing for graduates from prestigious universities to work at the grassroots level in China. In Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other popular cities all have so-called "best street offices," where many graduates from elite universities choose to work.
光明時評分析指出，清北碩博去街道辦之所以引發(fā)爭議，還在于事實與存在于不少人腦中的固定設計相沖突了，尤其是對名校畢業(yè)生來說。一些人不自覺地認為，清華北大的畢業(yè)生就應該是去高大上的地方，比如科研院所、大國企，中央部委等，更主要的是，不少人對基層社會治理的認知存在嚴重誤區(qū)，還停留在“低端化”的階段，甚至是帶著紅袖箍的大爺大媽的時代。
在高等教育已經進入普及化時代，我們亟需打破一些陳舊的觀念。多元的選擇，是這個時代的重要標志。
