經(jīng)過漫長的等待，開學季終于來了！全國各地陸續(xù)迎來新學期，而武漢尤其吸引外媒的注意。

其實8月底，路透社就曾關(guān)注過武漢的開學情況，只不過當時配圖還是5月6日高三學生在教室中的圖片。

路透社：中國武漢宣布所有學校將于周二（9月1日）開學



路透社此前報道稱，武漢是中國遭受新冠肺炎疫情影響最嚴重的城市，于周二（9月1日）重啟所有學校和幼兒園。全市共有2842家教育場所，屆時將迎來140萬學生重返校園。

Wuhan, the Chinese city hardest hit by the coronavirus, will reopen all its schools and kindergartens on Tuesday, local authorities said. As many as 2,842 educational institutions across the city are set to open their doors to almost 1.4 million students when the autumn semester gets underway, the local government announced on Friday. 

武漢還準備了相關(guān)的應(yīng)急預(yù)案，如果風險等級發(fā)生變化，教學將轉(zhuǎn)為線上進行。同時，還建議學生上下學佩戴口罩，可能的話也盡量避免使用公共交通。

The city said it has drawn up emergency plans to switch back to online teaching should risk levels change. It advised students to wear masks to and from school and avoid public transportation if possible.

學校被要求儲備疫情防控設(shè)備，而為應(yīng)對新疫情，也要組織進行演練及培訓等內(nèi)容。此外，學校也限制非必要的聚集活動，并每日向衛(wèi)生部門上報相關(guān)情況。

Schools have been ordered to stock up on disease control equipment and to carry out drills and training sessions to help prepare for new outbreaks. They must also restrict unnecessary mass gatherings, and submit daily reports to health authorities.

1月底開始，武漢經(jīng)歷了兩個月多的“封城”。4月解封后，整個城市開始平穩(wěn)的回歸正常生活。5月18日起，這里也沒有再報告過新增本地病例。

The central Chinese city was locked down for more than two months from late January. Wuhan has been steadily returning to normal since April, when the lockdown was lifted, and it has not reported any new local transmissions of the coronavirus since May 18.

《紐約時報》在報道武漢開學的新聞時稱：這是武漢1月、2月以來最驚人的轉(zhuǎn)變。學生們接受體溫檢測，以及了解洗手步驟等措施。

The school opening was a striking turnabout from the early days in January and February. Students had their temperatures taken and were instructed in hand-washing techniques.

《華爾街日報》的駐中國記者則在報道中表示，武漢生活重回正軌，特別是學校開學，孩子們作為社會中最 “脆弱”的群體也重回課堂，這是一次巨大的“有象征性的勝利（symbolic victory）”。報道中還特意提及，學校會給學生提供針對疫情的心理疏導(dǎo)。

報道中還提到，與武漢學校重開形成對比的，則是美國學校在開學與不開學之間的反復(fù)：“中國試圖告訴世界，可以從我們身上學到一些經(jīng)驗……我們?nèi)绾螒?yīng)對疫情，如何恢復(fù)經(jīng)濟……你不可能又想戰(zhàn)勝疫情，同時又想重啟經(jīng)濟。你必須首先盡自己所能徹底擊敗病毒。”
