最近，2020全國游泳冠軍賽東京奧運(yùn)達(dá)標(biāo)賽在青島開戰(zhàn)，游泳名將傅園慧表現(xiàn)出不錯(cuò)的狀態(tài)，在項(xiàng)目預(yù)賽中拿到第一名。



然而，她卻因?yàn)?ldquo;體能測試”不達(dá)標(biāo)無緣決賽，由此引發(fā)網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的熱烈討論。
 


據(jù)了解，本次全國游泳冠軍賽和以往大不相同的一點(diǎn)，就是設(shè)置了為期兩天的體能競賽。體能競賽包括垂直縱跳、引體向上、軀干核心力量、30米沖刺跑、3000米計(jì)時(shí)跑等，每個(gè)項(xiàng)目滿分均為10分，共計(jì)50分，具體的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)則是按照國家體育總局在今年年初下發(fā)的通知《國家隊(duì)體能達(dá)標(biāo)測試評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》制定。同時(shí)，這些體能競賽的分?jǐn)?shù)要計(jì)入比賽成績，即：游泳比賽預(yù)賽前16名運(yùn)動(dòng)員根據(jù)體能得分排序，取得前8名的運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)入決賽。

To qualify for the 2020 Chinese National Swimming Championships, athletes must now pass 5 physical tests including pull-ups, bench press, squats, 30-meter sprint, and 3,000-meter relay. Out of the top 16 finishers in each event, only the eight who scored highest on their physical tests advance to the next round.
 


這番新規(guī)則卻在泳池中引發(fā)爭議。據(jù)澎湃新聞報(bào)道，截至9月28日，2020全國游泳冠軍賽暨東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)達(dá)標(biāo)賽才剛過了3個(gè)比賽日，各項(xiàng)預(yù)賽中就有不下5位“第一名”因體能得分低而無緣晉級(jí)決賽，其中不乏打破全國和亞洲記錄的運(yùn)動(dòng)員。

The new requirement, introduced this year, has already sent ripples through the ongoing National Championships, taking place Sept. 26 through Oct. 2 in the coastal city of Qingdao, in Shandong province. Top swimmers who broke national and Asia records during preliminaries did not advance due to their low physical test scores.

On the opening day Saturday, Yu Hexin broke the Chinese record in the men’s 50-meter freestyle event but did not advance to the next round because he had only finished ninth in the physical tests. The next day, 18-year-old swimmer Wang Jianjiahe set a new Asia record in the 1,500-meter freestyle event but only ranked 11th in the physical tests, meaning she, too, was knocked out of competition.
 


對于這樣的結(jié)果，王簡嘉禾在接受采訪時(shí)坦言：“我們也不是說不重視體能，我覺得體能可能不能成為決定性的作用。”

“It’s not like we’re overlooking the importance of physical strength,” Wang told domestic media. “I think deciding the top eight based on physical tests is somewhat deficient.”

對此，中國游泳協(xié)會(huì)主席周繼紅在接受《中國體育報(bào)》采訪時(shí)談到，國內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)員缺乏體能訓(xùn)練，新規(guī)則只會(huì)讓運(yùn)動(dòng)員更強(qiáng)大。今年的改革將會(huì)持續(xù)下去。

Zhou Jihong, president of the Chinese Swimming Association, said Sunday that domestic athletes lack basic physical training, and the new rule will only make them stronger. She added that this year’s reforms will continue to be observed at future competitions.

此外，周繼紅也表示：“我們也將通過本次比賽對體能訓(xùn)練進(jìn)行認(rèn)真總結(jié)，建立起與游泳項(xiàng)目相適應(yīng)并緊密結(jié)合專項(xiàng)、更加完善的基礎(chǔ)體能訓(xùn)練和體能競賽體系。”

目前，除了游泳項(xiàng)目，包括體操、田徑乃至棋類項(xiàng)目，都開始了體能測試。而在新規(guī)定下，也出現(xiàn)了一些令人意外的現(xiàn)象。

據(jù)央視體育報(bào)道，比如在全國體操錦標(biāo)賽女子跳馬決賽的比賽現(xiàn)場，由于多名選手沒有通過體能測試，導(dǎo)致決賽僅有5人參加（通常8人），有運(yùn)動(dòng)員用專業(yè)里很低的動(dòng)作難度收獲了全國第五名的成績。

另有專家認(rèn)為，體能測試需要制定科學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，其問題在于“一刀切”，比如田徑和游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員的肌肉類型就不同。專家表示，不應(yīng)所有項(xiàng)目設(shè)置同一套測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，這可能不具有“普適性”。

據(jù)新浪體育報(bào)道，國家體育總局將開會(huì)討論相關(guān)問題。報(bào)道稱，在游泳中心年初下發(fā)的奧運(yùn)選拔征求意見稿中，并沒有提到體能測試。但到了2月，國家體育總局發(fā)布通知，體測不達(dá)標(biāo)者，不能參加奧運(yùn)選拔。 



目前，體育總局方面尚未有進(jìn)一步說明。
