本月初新冠病毒檢測結果呈陽性的美國總統(tǒng)特朗普，已經在前幾天高調“復工”（戳這里回顧），白宮醫(yī)生也說他“連續(xù)數日陰性”。不過當時，白宮方面卻沒有透露他家人的更多情況。

就在美國時間14日，美國第一夫人梅拉尼婭詳細講述了自己面對新冠肺炎的經歷。她還在文中表示，小兒子巴倫也曾檢測呈陽性。
 


當天，梅拉尼婭在白宮網站上發(fā)布題為“我感染新冠肺炎的個人經歷”的文章。大約兩周前，梅拉尼婭的檢測呈陽性。
 
U.S. First lady Melania Trump posted a personal essay on the White House website detailing her experience battling Covid-19, which she tested positive for approximately two weeks ago.



而梅拉尼婭和特朗普的兒子，14歲的巴倫當時在白宮公布的檢測結果為陰性，不過隨后的檢測中卻呈現陽性。這一消息并未被白宮披露。

The first lady also revealed that her son, Barron Trump, 14, who the White House publicly confirmed at the time had tested negative, eventually tested positive for the virus, a diagnosis the White House did not share. 

梅拉尼婭在這篇文章中寫道，在自己和特朗普感染病毒后，“自然而然地就想到了我們的兒子（巴倫）”。梅拉尼婭說最初巴倫的檢測為陰性，而且當時“沒有癥狀”?，F在，巴倫已康復，的檢測結果也已轉為陰性。

"Naturally, my mind went immediately to our son," she wrote. Barron Trump initially tested negative after she and the President contracted Covid. Melania says her son had "no symptoms," and has now tested negative.

CNN則在報道中指出：盡管梅拉尼婭錄制過幾段宣傳戴口罩的視頻，然而其丈夫特朗普依然無視口罩的使用，梅拉尼婭本人也在幾次高調亮相中都沒有佩戴口罩。

Though the first lady taped a couple of PSAs about mask-wearing while her husband was still flouting their use, she has also made high-profile appearances without them.

而在梅拉尼婭發(fā)表這篇文章后，特朗普則在當天被問到兒子情況時說，巴倫“很好”，并且“只感染了很短暫的時間”。

The President told reporters on Wednesday that Barron is doing "fine" when asked how his son was doing in the wake of Melania Trump's essay. “Barron”, the President said, "had it for such a short period of time."

特朗普說“我甚至都不覺得巴倫知道自己染病了，因為他們太年輕，免疫系統(tǒng)很強大，全力應對病毒。99.9%。巴倫很好，現在他沒事了。”

"I don't even think he knew he had it, because they're young and their immune systems are strong and they fight it off. 99.9%. And Barron is beautiful and he's free," he continued.

至于自己的情況，梅拉尼婭表示“開始癥狀輕微，然后癥狀突襲而來，此后幾天猶如坐過山車”。梅拉尼婭表示自己的癥狀包括身體疼痛、咳嗽、頭痛以及極度疲憊。

As for her symptoms, the first lady wrote they were "minimal, though they hit me all at once and it seemed to be a roller coaster of symptoms in the days after." She said she had body aches, cough, headaches and was extremely tired.

其發(fā)言人告訴CNN，梅拉尼婭并沒有像特朗普那樣去醫(yī)院就診，而是在白宮居住區(qū)隔離。

Unlike her husband, Melania Trump did not go to the hospital for treatment, and remained sequestered at the White House residence, her spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham told CNN.

此外，梅拉尼婭也沒有選擇和特朗普一樣的治療方式，她寫道自己“選擇了更自然的方法”，依靠“維生素和健康飲食”，而非雞尾酒療法。

Similarly, Melania writes she did not opt for the same course of treatment as the President, she says she "chose a more natural route," relying on "vitamins and healthy food," and not a cocktail of medications.

在經過隔離與治療后，目前梅拉尼婭和巴倫的病毒檢測結果均為陰性。
