當(dāng)?shù)貢r間1月8日，社交媒體推特宣布，永久封禁美國現(xiàn)任總統(tǒng)特朗普的賬號。

Twitter said last Friday that it has permanently removed the account of U.S. President Donald Trump.

"After close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account and the context around them - specifically how they are being received and interpreted on and off Twitter - we have permanently suspended the account due to the risk of further incitement of violence," the company said in a statement.

特朗普的個人賬戶@realDonaldTrump有超過8800萬粉絲，2009年開設(shè)推特賬戶以來累計發(fā)推文超過5.7萬條。據(jù)路透社統(tǒng)計，特朗普自出任總統(tǒng)以來，其個人賬戶發(fā)推文大約2.6萬條，平均每天18條，有時一天超過100條。

隨后在8日上午，特朗普再發(fā)推宣稱：“7500萬偉大的美國愛國者把票投給了我……美國優(yōu)先，讓美國再次偉大……他們在未來很長一段時間都將發(fā)出巨大的聲音，他們不會以任何方式、狀態(tài)或形式受到不尊重或不公平對待！”

推特認(rèn)定，在國會大廈騷亂以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)上流傳一些針對當(dāng)選總統(tǒng)拜登就職的武裝抗議計劃背景下，特朗普8日所發(fā)兩條推文構(gòu)成“美化暴力”。推特舉例說，特朗普說不會出席拜登就職典禮，這被許多支持者視為證實(shí)去年11月總統(tǒng)選舉“不合法”。另外，特朗普稱自己的支持者是“美利堅愛國者”，說他們將發(fā)出“長期持續(xù)至未來的巨大聲音”。推特認(rèn)定這些言論鼓動其他人重復(fù)在國會大廈發(fā)生的暴力行為。

“We assessed the two Tweets referenced above under our Glorification of Violence policy, which aims to prevent the glorification of violence that could inspire others to replicate violent acts and determined that they were highly likely to encourage and inspire people to replicate the criminal acts that took place at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.”

隨后，特朗普又用美國總統(tǒng)官方賬號發(fā)布4條推文，包括稱“推特在沒有言論自由的路上越走越遠(yuǎn)”等內(nèi)容，還說正在考慮在不遠(yuǎn)的將來建立自己的社交媒體平臺。

After Twitter suspended Trump's account, four tweets were published from the official presidential account @POTUS on Friday evening, complaining that "Twitter has gone further and further in banning free speech," and looking forward to "the possibilities of building out our own platform in the near future."

很快，這幾條推文也被推特刪除，理由是禁止利用其他賬號違反相關(guān)禁令。在轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)這幾條推文后，特朗普競選團(tuán)隊的賬號@TeamTrump也被推特永久封禁。

Twitter swiftly deleted the tweets soon after they were posted on the account @POTUS, citing the violation of rules that prohibit using another account to evade suspension. Twitter also permanently banned the Trump campaign's account @TeamTrump after the account shared the same four-tweets from account @POTUS.
