據(jù)日本共同社報(bào)道，日本國內(nèi)新冠病毒感染者到13日累計(jì)超過30萬人，日本將進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大緊急狀態(tài)范圍到東京以外。


 
年初以來，大阪、愛知等首都圈以外地區(qū)也病例激增， “第三波”疫情勢(shì)頭難以遏制。據(jù)共同社統(tǒng)計(jì)，累計(jì)感染人數(shù)超過10萬人是在去年10月29日，超過20萬人是在近兩個(gè)月后的12月21日。之后僅用23天就達(dá)到30萬人，在不到一半的時(shí)間內(nèi)增加了10萬人。

多地進(jìn)入緊急狀態(tài)

為遏制疫情蔓延，日本首相菅義偉13日宣布，大阪府、愛知縣等7個(gè)府縣從14日起進(jìn)入緊急狀態(tài)。

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga on Wednesday declared a state of emergency in seven additional prefectures, including Osaka and Aichi, expanding the measure as Japan's cumulative total of coronavirus cases topped 300,000 amid a recent spike in infections.

新納入緊急狀態(tài)實(shí)施范圍的地區(qū)包括東京北面的栃木縣、中部岐阜縣、西部兵庫縣和京都府以及西南部福岡縣。

加上此前已宣布進(jìn)入緊急狀態(tài)的首都圈及周邊3個(gè)縣，從14日開始，日本全國47個(gè)都道府縣中有11個(gè)將處于緊急狀態(tài)，結(jié)束期限均為2月7日。

Under the state of emergency, people in the affected areas will be asked to refrain from making unnecessary trips, and restaurants and bars will be requested to close by 8:00 p.m. Meanwhile, firms are encouraged to have employees work from home or stagger their shifts. Schools will not be asked to close during the emergency period.

暫停外國人員入境

菅義偉13日在記者會(huì)上宣布，將暫停作為例外允許的與中國、韓國等11個(gè)國家和地區(qū)間的商務(wù)相關(guān)人士往來。該措施將持續(xù)到基于新冠特別措施法的緊急事態(tài)宣言到期的2月7日。此前，日本政府去年12月26日發(fā)布消息稱，該國從12月28日起，暫停來自所有國家和地區(qū)的新入境。不過，日本與中國、韓國等11個(gè)國家和地區(qū)開啟的快捷通道（商務(wù)人員、留學(xué)生和技能實(shí)習(xí)生）可在一定條件下入境日本。
