怎樣讓中小學生合理利用手機，這可能是擺在不少老師與家長面前的一道難題。近日教育部發(fā)布通知，其中有關(guān)禁止手機入校園、不得用手機布置作業(yè)等內(nèi)容，引發(fā)廣泛關(guān)注。
為保護學生視力，讓學生在學校專心學習，防止沉迷網(wǎng)絡(luò)和游戲，促進學生身心健康發(fā)展，教育部辦公廳印發(fā)了《關(guān)于加強中小學生手機管理工作的通知》。
《通知》中明確要求，中小學生原則上不得將個人手機帶入校園。確有需求的，須經(jīng)家長同意、書面提出申請，進校后應(yīng)將手機由學校統(tǒng)一保管，禁止帶入課堂。
In a notice published by the Ministry of Education on Monday, elementary and secondary school students are asked not to bring their cell phones onto the campus, except when it is approved by their parents along with a written application form. The policy stressed that the students who do bring their personal phones to school have to hand their phones to relevant authorities in their schools instead of taking the phones to classrooms.
學校要將手機管理納入學校日常管理，制定具體辦法，明確統(tǒng)一保管的場所、方式、責任人，提供必要保管裝置。學校應(yīng)通過設(shè)立校內(nèi)公共電話、班主任溝通熱線等途徑，解決學生與家長通話需求。
The schools should include mobile phone management into their routine management by clarifying where, how and who will take care of the phones. They should set up public phones and teacher hotlines for communication between parents and students.
此外，《通知》中還明確指出，不得使用手機布置作業(yè)或要求學生利用手機完成作業(yè)。

《通知》還指出，學校要通過多種形式加強教育引導(dǎo)，讓學生科學理性對待并合理使用手機，避免簡單粗暴管理行為。各校要做好家校溝通，家長應(yīng)切實履行教育職責，形成家校協(xié)同育人合力。
