近日，天津一中學老師肖某某對比家長收入歧視學生的音頻曝光，該名教師的職業(yè)道德及價值觀念引發(fā)社會關注。
2月27日，天津市津南區(qū)教育局發(fā)布通報稱，經調查，情況屬實，決定給予肖某某黨內嚴重警告處分，降低崗位等級，撤銷其教師資格，調離崗位；對學校主要負責人進行問責，給予黨內警告處分。
A middle school teacher in North China's Tianjin Municipality was discharged last Saturday after the publication of an audio record where she discriminates students by comparing the income and social position of their families. After the investigation, the teacher surnamed Xiao was removed from her position and her teaching certification was revoked, the Education Bureau of Jinnan district announced on Saturday. Top officials at the district-level key school were also held accountable and received warnings as punishment, it added.
在網絡上流傳的音頻里，可以聽到肖某某說道，“你媽媽掙多少錢？別怪我瞧不起你，XX同學的媽媽一年掙的錢都比你媽媽50年掙的多……以往送到我班里的學生，全都是家長都是當官的，要不就是家里條件特別好……你們素質是一樣的嗎？”
In an audio record posted on the Chinese social media Weibo, Xiao can be heard saying: "How much does your mother earn in a month? Don't blame me for despising you……The mother of (one student) could make more money in a year than the amount your mother would earn in 50 years," she said."The parents of my previous students were government officials or wealthy … does your quality equal theirs, and how could that be possible?"
音頻流出后經網友辨認，該教師就職于天津咸水沽第二中學，隨后其不當言論在網絡上引發(fā)軒然大波。上周五，教育部門展開了相關調查。
She's been identified as a teacher from Xinnangu No. 2 Middle School, Jinnan district of Tianjin. Her comments triggered debate online, and local education authorities launched an investigation last Friday.

另據網絡視頻顯示，該教師曾在疑似微信群中就錄音內容道歉：“我依舊把你們當成自己的孩子教育。你們不努力，就會不如你的父母，就會階層下移。”
The teacher later apologized for what she had said in the record: "I still treat you as my own children. If you don't work hard, you will be inferior to your parents, and your social class will be lowered."

只不過，這番“道歉”不僅沒有平息熱議，反而招致更多批評。相關話題再度沖上熱搜，閱讀量超過7億次。
However, the apology has raised more criticism from netizens. The record and the apology went viral on Chinese social media with the hashtag "Teacher apologized for discriminating students by comparing incomes of students' parents," being viewed more than 700 million times.
據報道，肖某某曾是該校骨干教師，因其良好的教學表現、幫助學生提升分數等成績獲得多個獎項，包括在2014年獲得“最美教師”稱號。目前，肖某某的個人資料包括獲獎成績等，已從學校網站移除。
Xiao had been listed as an outstanding faculty member of the school, winning awards like "most beautiful teacher" in 2014, and was recognized as one of its best teachers because of her excellent performance in teaching classes and improving students' scores. Her personal profile, which listed her major awards and achievements, was removed from the school's website last Sunday.
對此，央視熱評指出，“學為人師、行為世范”，此歧視言行違背基本師德要求，是對學生自尊和人格的傷害，傳遞了非常錯誤的價值觀。除了及時規(guī)制，高尚師德的養(yǎng)成更要靠長效機制，把好入口關、加強日常培訓，切莫再誤人子弟！
