經(jīng)歷了“近十年來最強烈”的沙塵天氣后（戳這里回顧），北京等地重新迎來藍天。不過就在此時，網(wǎng)友們卻發(fā)現(xiàn)了“新的風(fēng)暴”：韓國媒體把沙塵暴歸咎于中國。

Blue sky returned to Beijing on Tuesday after the city was enveloped by the largest sandstorm in a decade for a whole day. But a new "storm" was brewing online on Tuesday after Chinese netizens found that South Korean media blamed the sandstorm on China.

韓聯(lián)社援引韓國氣象部門稱，本周二，韓國西部地區(qū)遭遇沙塵天氣影響。

The western region of South Korea was also affected by sandstorms on Tuesday morning, according to a report by the Yonhap News Agency on Tuesday, quoting the Korean Meteorological Administration.

但是在報道中，韓聯(lián)社稱沙塵暴“源于中國北部內(nèi)陸沙漠”。其他韓國媒體也用“災(zāi)難影響”等字眼稱中國對韓國環(huán)境造成破壞。

Yonhap News Agency reported that the dust storm "originated from the inland deserts in northern China". Other media reports also stressed the "baneful influence" that China has on South Korea's environment.  




  
網(wǎng)友認為，這樣的錯誤報道將中國塑造為“污染制造者”的形象，還有的網(wǎng)友說這樣偏頗的文章會加深韓國民眾對于中國的偏見。

Some people accused South Korean media of false reporting and hyping an image of China being a "pollution-creating country." Others said that such biased reports will aggravate the prejudice of South Korean people against China.

3月16日，外交部發(fā)言人趙立堅主持例行記者會。有記者提問：韓國媒體15日援引韓國氣象廳表態(tài)報道稱，源自中國的沙塵暴近日侵襲韓國，造成韓國空氣質(zhì)量嚴重下降。環(huán)境和空氣污染問題再次成為中韓兩國民眾關(guān)注熱議話題。中方對此有何評論？

趙立堅表示：

這是一個老話題。環(huán)境和空氣污染問題沒有國界，對其起源等作出結(jié)論需要以科學(xué)監(jiān)測和綜合分析為前提。根據(jù)中國監(jiān)測機構(gòu)的分析，此次沙塵天氣源自中國境外，中國只是“途經(jīng)站”。我注意到蒙古國官方日前就沙塵暴危害發(fā)布了相關(guān)消息。中國輿論沒有因為蒙古國可能是“上一站”而加以指責(zé)。各方都應(yīng)以科學(xué)和建設(shè)性的態(tài)度看待相關(guān)問題，正面引導(dǎo)輿論，避免不必要炒作和輕易扣帽子。 

This topic is nothing new. Environmental and air pollution issues can cross borders easily. Science-based monitoring and comprehensive analysis is needed to reach a conclusion on the origins. According to the analysis of Chinese monitoring authorities, the dust storm originated from outside China and China is only one stop on its route. I noted the information released recently by the Mongolian government on the hazardous dust storm. The Chinese public doesn't criticize Mongolia because it may be the previous stop. All sides should look at the matter in a science-based and constructive manner, guide public opinion toward the positive direction, and refrain from unnecessary hype-up or hasty labeling.

我還想告訴大家，中國高度重視防沙治沙和荒漠化治理。我們也已取得顯著成效。近年沙塵天氣明顯減少。這不僅惠及本國，也為改善本地區(qū)空氣質(zhì)量作出了巨大貢獻。此次沙塵天氣說明本地區(qū)在環(huán)境治理合作方面還有很多事情要做。中方愿同各鄰國和國際社會一道，攜手推進本地區(qū)和全球環(huán)境治理保護，為建設(shè)美麗清潔的世界作出積極貢獻。 

I would also like to add that China attaches high importance to preventing, curbing and combating desertification. We've made visible progress, with a marked drop in dusty weather in recent years. This has not only benefited China, but also contributed to improving air quality in the region. This dust storm shows that there's much to be done in regional cooperation to improve the environment. We stand ready to join hands with neighboring countries and the international community to do a better job in improving and protecting the regional and global environment and contribute to the building of a more beautiful and cleaner world.

據(jù)國家林業(yè)和草原局荒漠化監(jiān)測中心衛(wèi)星影像和地面監(jiān)測信息綜合評估，本次沙塵天氣主要起源于蒙古國。14日上午，蒙古國西南部發(fā)生沙塵暴天氣，沙塵隨氣流向南移動，于14日傍晚，在蒙古國與內(nèi)蒙古中西部交界處入境。

中央氣象臺3月17日06時繼續(xù)發(fā)布沙塵暴藍色預(yù)警：

預(yù)計3月17日08時至18日08時，新疆南疆盆地和東部、內(nèi)蒙古西部、青海東北部、甘肅、寧夏、陜西中北部、山西、河北中南部、山東西部、河南中西部、湖北中西部等地的部分地區(qū)有揚沙或浮塵天氣，其中新疆南疆盆地局地有沙塵暴。
