20日晚間,特斯拉在官方微博上發(fā)文,稱“我們就未能及時(shí)解決車主的問題深表歉意。” “基于此次經(jīng)歷,我們會(huì)努力吸取教訓(xùn),認(rèn)真總結(jié),在配合政府各相關(guān)部門調(diào)查的情況下,同時(shí)開展嚴(yán)格自查自糾,對(duì)自身不合理的、不符合服務(wù)準(zhǔn)則的問題和服務(wù)流程進(jìn)行梳理并整改,努力做到立查立改、即查即改,做到尊重消費(fèi)者,尊重市場(chǎng)。” “特斯拉剎車失靈” 4月19日的上海車展上,兩名女子在特斯拉展臺(tái)“抗議”,目擊者稱二人情緒激動(dòng),認(rèn)為已購(gòu)買的車輛有質(zhì)量問題。其中一名女子站上一輛特斯拉展車車頂,高喊“剎車失靈”,隨后被安保人員拉下。 Two women protested at the Tesla booth at the Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition on Monday, and eyewitnesses claimed they aired grievances about poor quality of their bought Tesla cars. Both women were wearing white T-shirts printed with words "Tesla brake failure", along with a Tesla logo. And, the woman who stood on top of one of the exhibited model, shouted "Tesla brake failed me" repeatedly, before she was taken away from the exhibition by guards.
