最近，《老友記重聚特輯》上線，激起網(wǎng)友觀眾們的一波回憶殺。不過，隨著特輯的播出，同樣引發(fā)視頻平臺間的一場“腥風(fēng)血雨”。

由于受到其他視頻平臺的侵權(quán)譴責(zé)，5月31日，視頻平臺嗶哩嗶哩（B站）下架了所有與美劇《老友記重聚特輯》的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。
Chinese video-streaming platform Bilibili on Monday removed all videos related to the American television sitcom Friends after Friends: The Reunion ignited a copyright battle with Chinese video-streaming sites on copyright infringement over the weekend.
上周五，愛奇藝、騰訊視頻和優(yōu)酷發(fā)布聲明，稱該三大平臺上線發(fā)布后僅數(shù)小時，B站就出現(xiàn)了大量盜版侵權(quán)視頻，而B站此行為是不尊重知識產(chǎn)權(quán)、公然盜版、擾亂網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻行業(yè)秩序，此舉嚴(yán)重?fù)p害了創(chuàng)作者以及版權(quán)方的正當(dāng)權(quán)益。
Last Friday, iQiyi, Tencent Video and Youku together issued statements condemning Bilibili for disrespecting intellectual property rights, since only a few hours after Friends: The Reunion was broadcasted on Thursday, there were many videos without proper copyright uploaded on Bilibili. Unlike Bilibili, Chinese video sites iQiyi, Tencent Video and Youku have the licenses to broadcast Friends: The Reunion.
iQiyi wrote that the platform was guilty of “disrespecting of intellectual property, flagrant piracy and behavior that undermines of order of the online video industry.” Tencent denounced the site for “severely harming the legitimate rights and interests of both the content creators and the rights holders.”
The trio called on industry players and citizens at large to respect IP laws to create a “healthy copyright environment.”
B站方面沒有就此發(fā)表回應(yīng)，不過平臺上搜索“老友記”等已無法顯示相關(guān)內(nèi)容。

據(jù)《中國證券報》報道，早前以“老友記重聚”為關(guān)鍵詞在B站進(jìn)行檢索，有多達(dá)24頁相關(guān)內(nèi)容。其中有UP主直接將1小時46分的完整內(nèi)容進(jìn)行上傳。該劇在B站頗受追捧，有網(wǎng)友提供的截圖顯示，有UP主上傳一段6分鐘剪輯，便收獲了38.2萬播放量。
《老友記重聚特輯》特別節(jié)目并非是《老友記》的重聚續(xù)集，而是采取無劇本對話形式進(jìn)行演繹老友們重逢的故事。除了主演，節(jié)目中還會出現(xiàn)不少客串嘉賓，如Lady Gaga、賈斯汀•比伯等等……

而對于侵權(quán)盜播一事，網(wǎng)友反應(yīng)不一：有網(wǎng)友支持合法合理維權(quán)，也有網(wǎng)友呼吁愛奇藝、優(yōu)酷和騰訊視頻等也應(yīng)該關(guān)注自身平臺上可能出現(xiàn)的侵權(quán)行為。此外，還有網(wǎng)友反映，B站上目前有大量涉及其他影視劇的“用戶剪輯”內(nèi)容，這些視頻又是否侵權(quán)呢？
據(jù)B站介紹，B站和愛奇藝、騰訊視頻以及優(yōu)酷等，擁有《老友記》全十季版權(quán)，計劃將于下半年上線。

另據(jù)《北京日報》報道，6月1日，我國實施新修訂的著作權(quán)法，進(jìn)一步明確侵權(quán)行為的相關(guān)表述，新增制度措施，并加大了對侵權(quán)行為的處罰力度。
