當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間16日，美國(guó)總統(tǒng)拜登和俄羅斯總統(tǒng)普京在瑞士日內(nèi)瓦舉行會(huì)晤。雙方就啟動(dòng)美俄雙邊戰(zhàn)略穩(wěn)定對(duì)話等達(dá)成有限共識(shí)，但在烏克蘭、人權(quán)等議題上仍分歧明顯，未取得任何重大突破。

U.S. President Joe Biden and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin had an hours-long summit on Wednesday at a lakeside villa in the Swiss city of Geneva. Nevertheless, disagreement and differences still prevailed as the two leaders laid out their respective views on specific issues.

雙方會(huì)后發(fā)表一份簡(jiǎn)短的共同聲明。聲明說，雙方“將在不久的將來共同著手進(jìn)行綜合雙邊戰(zhàn)略穩(wěn)定對(duì)話”，尋求“為未來的軍控和降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)奠定基礎(chǔ)”。雙方還同意就在外交層面上互動(dòng)展開磋商，包括讓雙方大使重回駐在國(guó)工作。

The United States and Russia released a joint statement on strategic stability following the summit. The statement said that the two heads of state noted that the two countries "have demonstrated that, even in periods of tension, they are able to make progress on our shared goals of ensuring predictability in the strategic sphere, reducing the risk of armed conflicts and the threat of nuclear war."

除了上面這些重要話題，外媒還發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)：拜登的小紙條。

保守派政治專欄作家約翰遜在推特上PO出了相關(guān)畫面，并且寫道：“拜登在和普京見面時(shí)帶了小紙條。”隨后，他還專門截取了拜登手拿紙條的畫面。

“Biden brought his flashcards into his meeting with Putin,” conservative political columnist Benny Johnson wrote in a tweet that's gone viral, accompanying the post with a short clip of the US president reaching down for the small stack of papers as Putin begins to speak. “Telling,” Johnson added in a second tweet, screen grabbing photos of Biden grasping the cards.
