近日，一名旅游博主在衛(wèi)國戍邊英雄的墓碑旁擺拍，引發(fā)網(wǎng)友強烈憤慨！
A travel blogger has triggered widespread public anger by allegedly insulting the martyrs of the June 2020 Galwan Valley clash on social media on Sunday.
該旅游博主拍照的地點，是坐落在喀喇昆侖腹地的新疆康西瓦烈士陵園。陵園自1965年建立以來，長眠著百余名守衛(wèi)邊關(guān)、為國捐軀的烈士，其中就包括2020年6月中印邊境沖突中犧牲的陳紅軍、陳祥榕、肖思遠、王焯冉烈士。
在網(wǎng)上的圖片里可以看到，名為小賢jayson旅游up主貼出了自己的照片，其中一張顯示，他倚靠在烈士墓碑上；而另外一張照片中，他左手撐在墓碑上，另一只手做出了“開槍”的姿勢。
The Toutiao user, who goes by the name of Xiaoxian Jayson, posted selfies standing at the base of the tombstone while leaning on it. In another selfie, he is seen resting his left hand on the tombstone, while making a gesture of pointing a gun at the tomb.
該up主在社交媒體平臺簡介描述為“40國環(huán)球旅行ing”，這組照片上雖配文“尊敬”二字，但其擺拍姿態(tài)引發(fā)網(wǎng)友強烈不滿。有網(wǎng)友將這組照片轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)到微博上，并且寫道：衛(wèi)國戍邊英雄墓碑不應(yīng)擺pose拍照，請對烈士予以應(yīng)有尊重。
這條微博在引起網(wǎng)友極大憤怒的同時，也引起了新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)人民檢察院官方微博@新疆檢察 的重視，其在官方微博上發(fā)文：無論初衷是什么，英烈不容褻瀆。隨后，@烏魯木齊檢察、@皮山檢察 也相繼回應(yīng)。
“你知道嗎？在戍邊英雄墓碑前擺pose，丑！目前，新疆檢察機關(guān)已對接文旅部門，建議將涉事者列入旅游黑名單。當(dāng)?shù)貦z察機關(guān)已聯(lián)合軍事檢察機關(guān)趕赴在康西瓦烈士陵園，督促加強管理，防止再次發(fā)生褻瀆英烈的行為。 后續(xù)還在進行中…… 保護英烈！新疆檢察機關(guān)絕不含糊！”
Although Xiaoxian wrote "respect" as the caption, the procuratorate in the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region was not impressed with his explanation, and asked its subordinate branch in Urumqi to tell the region's tourism departments to put Xiaoxian on a blacklist, while urging subordinate branches to take action against the offender.
On its Weibo account on Sunday, the Xinjiang regional procuratorate said it had noticed the incident, and added that "no matter what the intention, heroes and martyrs must not be treated with disrespect".
It said it had contacted the tourism department and suggested putting the blogger on a travel blacklist. Local and military prosecutors rushed to the cemetery to demand the strengthening of management to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.
The Pishan county procuratorate said later that the blogger's behavior was suspected of tarnishing the reputation and honor of heroes and martyrs, and urged the Pishan public security bureau to open a case.
18日下午，該博主涉及的社交平臺發(fā)布公告，對涉事旅游博主賬號予以永久封禁處理。
By Sunday afternoon, Toutiao had permanently blocked his account. "Toutiao will continue to crack down on inappropriate content and has zero tolerance for those who do not respect martyrs. We hope that creators can strictly abide by the rules of the platform," the platform announced in a statement.
19日，@中國警方在線（公安部新聞中心，公安部治安管理局官方微博）回應(yīng)稱，涉事博主已被公安機關(guān)立案。
A post on China Police Online, the Ministry of Public Security's Weibo micro blog account, on Monday said the blogger's behavior was suspected of tarnishing the reputation and honor of heroes and martyrs.
“根據(jù)刑法299條之規(guī)定：小賢jayson在衛(wèi)國戍邊英雄墓碑前擺拍的行為涉嫌侵害英雄烈士名譽、榮譽罪，皮山公安局已立案。同時，涉事者目前所處地阿里公安機關(guān)也參與配合，督促其盡快到皮山縣公安局接受調(diào)查。致敬邊防軍人，致敬每一位英雄，對褻瀆英烈的行為，我們要堅決說不！”
