當(dāng)?shù)貢r(shí)間7日，阿富汗塔利班在喀布爾宣布組建臨時(shí)政府，表示將確保阿富汗“持久和平、繁榮與發(fā)展（lasting peace, prosperity and development）”。

塔利班發(fā)言人扎比烏拉•穆賈希德表示，塔利班最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人海巴圖拉•阿洪扎達(dá)將以埃米爾的身份領(lǐng)導(dǎo)國家。

穆賈希德7日公布了臨時(shí)政府代理總理、代理副總理、代理內(nèi)政部長(zhǎng)、代理國防部長(zhǎng)和代理外交部長(zhǎng)等主要成員名單。

The Taliban announced on Tuesday night the formation of Afghanistan's caretaker government. 

穆賈希德表示，此舉旨在執(zhí)行必要的政府工作，并強(qiáng)調(diào)此為“臨時(shí)政府”。不過他并沒有說明臨時(shí)政府的執(zhí)政期限。

The move was aimed at carrying out necessary government works, he said, stressing that it was an "acting" government. He did not elaborate on how long the caretaker government will serve.

The last anti-Taliban forces in Afghanistan have acknowledged suffering major battlefield losses and called for a ceasefire. The National Resistance Front includes local fighters loyal to Ahmad Massoud as well as remnants of the Afghan military that retreated to the Panjshir Valley. The group said separately in a tweet Sunday that spokesman Fahim Dashty had been killed in the latest fighting.

9月8日外交部發(fā)言人汪文斌主持例行記者會(huì)。有記者提問，阿富汗塔利班宣布成立新政府。中方對(duì)此有何評(píng)論？

汪文斌表示：中方重視阿富汗塔利班方面宣布成立臨時(shí)政府及一些重要人事安排，這結(jié)束了阿富汗長(zhǎng)達(dá)三周多的無政府狀態(tài)，是阿恢復(fù)國內(nèi)秩序和戰(zhàn)后重建的必要一步。我們也注意到，阿塔方面表示，成立臨時(shí)政府是為了盡快恢復(fù)社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序。 

China attaches importance to the Afghan Taliban's announcement of the formation of an interim government and some key roles. This has put an end to the anarchy in Afghanistan that lasted for over three weeks and is a necessary step for Afghanistan to restore domestic order and pursue post-war reconstruction. We noticed that the Afghan Taliban said that the interim government is formed to restore social and economic order as soon as possible.
