近日，網(wǎng)傳山東濟南一所整形機構(gòu)女老板毆打顧客的視頻引發(fā)網(wǎng)友關(guān)注。隨后幾日，當?shù)鼐竭B續(xù)發(fā)文，公布了最新調(diào)查進展。
據(jù)報道，當事人安女士2020年6月做了眼部手術(shù)后出現(xiàn)問題，要求修復和退款均遭拒。2021年3月9日，安女士再次帶著工商部門工作人員人維權(quán)，劉某等到工作人員走后，便發(fā)生了視頻中的一幕。隨后安女士還被逼簽了和解協(xié)議。9月7日這段視頻在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上流傳開來。

On Sept 7, a video titled "female boss of a cosmetic surgery institution in Jinan beating a customer" raised the public's eyebrows. In the video, the female boss insulted and beat a female customer, forcing her to sign a settlement agreement after the customer complained to the market supervision department due to the failure of her cosmetic eye surgery.
視頻中老板聲稱：“我會讓你活著離開濟南嗎？……你想想，我能讓你好過？”
"Do you think I will let you leave Jinan alive?" the boss threatened. "Wherever you go in the future I will follow."
相關(guān)話題很快成為微博熱搜，諸多情況引發(fā)網(wǎng)友猜測。
7日，濟南喜悅整形發(fā)布聲明稱，視頻中的那名女顧客安某是醫(yī)鬧，背后有專業(yè)的團隊在操縱炒作此事，此事醫(yī)院已經(jīng)向警方反映。對于視頻中自己的不妥言行，整形機構(gòu)當事人已經(jīng)承認錯誤并將積極改正。
7日下午，涉事女老板已經(jīng)被帶到派出所了解情況。9月8日，晚間濟南警方通報，已經(jīng)成立工作專班，對事件進行嚴查徹查。對任何違法行為絕不姑息。
Jinan Public Security Bureau issued a notice on Weibo on the evening of Sept 8 stating that an investigation team is reviewing a case related to the public outcry over an online video.
"No tolerance is allowed for any illegal behavior. The result of the investigation will be announced to the public in a timely manner," said the latest notice published on Weibo by the High-tech Industry Development Zone Bureau of the Jinan Public Security Bureau.
9月9日，濟南公安發(fā)布情況通報，犯嫌疑人劉某明涉嫌非法拘禁罪，犯罪嫌疑人曲某、孫某笑涉嫌非法拘禁罪，被依法取保候?qū)彙?br />
當天晚間，自稱濟南醫(yī)美維權(quán)當事人發(fā)文稱：視頻拍攝于3月9日，否認前往喜悅整形是醫(yī)鬧，索賠5萬元是院方自導自演。

據(jù)報道，在天眼查上搜索發(fā)現(xiàn)，涉事機構(gòu)喜悅整形的全稱為“山東沃德喜悅醫(yī)療美容有限責任公司”， 悅整形的經(jīng)營范圍包括，美容醫(yī)院服務；美容服務；醫(yī)療器械的研發(fā)及銷售；儀器儀表的銷售、技術(shù)服務等，并不包括相應的整形外科、美容外科等經(jīng)營范圍。在國家衛(wèi)生健康委全國醫(yī)療機構(gòu)查詢平臺上，也查詢不到喜悅整形的醫(yī)院執(zhí)業(yè)登記信息。
目前，案件正在進一步偵辦中。
