近來，福建部分地區(qū)的疫情形勢引發(fā)社會關(guān)注。10日，福建莆田發(fā)現(xiàn)本土病例，11日晚，國家衛(wèi)健委派出工作組趕赴莆田連夜開展工作。12日，國家衛(wèi)健委派工作組到福建莆田市指導(dǎo)疫情處置工作，相關(guān)地區(qū)也已經(jīng)采取了相應(yīng)的管控措施。

據(jù)國家衛(wèi)健委通報，9月13日0—24時，31個?。ㄗ灾螀^(qū)、直轄市）和新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)報告新增確診病例92例。其中境外輸入病例33例（云南14例，廣東8例，上海6例，四川2例，北京1例，福建1例，山東1例），含5例由無癥狀感染者轉(zhuǎn)為確診病例（廣東3例，福建1例，四川1例）；本土病例59例（均在福建，其中廈門市32例、莆田市24例、泉州市3例），含12例由無癥狀感染者轉(zhuǎn)為確診病例（均在福建）。無新增死亡病例。無新增疑似病例。
The Chinese mainland on Monday reported 59 new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, all in Fujian Province, the National Health Commission said in its daily report on Tuesday. Also reported were 33 new imported cases, including 14 in Yunnan, eight in Guangdong, six in Shanghai, two in Sichuan, and one each in Beijing, Fujian and Shandong. There were no suspected COVID-19 cases on the mainland on Monday.

截至9月13日16時，莆田市累計報告新冠病毒核酸陽性76例，其中新冠肺炎確診病例48例，無癥狀感染者28例。截至9月13日12時，莆田市共完成76例陽性病例的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查，累計判定密切接觸者1577人，次密接1865人，其中已集中隔離1693人。在核酸檢測方面，截至9月13日16時，莆田市核酸檢測共采樣853532份，已出報告523882份。
The city of Putian in east China's Fujian Province reported 48 locally-transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and 28 local asymptomatic carriers from Friday to 4 p.m. Monday, according to local authorities. Health authorities had finished epidemiological investigations of the 76 positive cases by Monday noon, the city government said. Authorities traced 1,577 close contacts of the positive cases and further 1,865 close contacts of the aforesaid close contacts. A total of 1,693 people have been put under medical observation in designated places.

廈門：有確診病例為莆田報告病例密接
此前，廈門市應(yīng)對新冠肺炎疫情工作指揮部辦公室于13日通報，截至9月13日18時，廈門市累計報告確診病例12例，其中普通型8人，輕型4人。目前確診病例均在定點醫(yī)院隔離診治，病情穩(wěn)定。
The city of Xiamen in east China's Fujian Province reported 12 locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases from Sunday to 6 p.m. Monday. All the cases are under treatment at a designated hospital and in stable condition.

另1病例為在廈門大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院工作的外包服務(wù)人員。該確診病例為男性，48歲，主要工作為門診物流轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，其獨居在思明區(qū)鹽溪街。該院已根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)程暫停門診急診服務(wù)，并實行封閉管理。

廈門市應(yīng)對新冠肺炎疫情工作指揮部13日發(fā)布通告，自2021年9月13日起，將同安區(qū)新民鎮(zhèn)湖里工業(yè)園以東、同明路以西、集安路以南、集賢路以北的區(qū)域列為高風(fēng)險地區(qū)。廈門全市居民小區(qū)實行閉環(huán)管理，非必要不離廈。

專家：結(jié)果初步判定為德爾塔毒株
9月10日，福建莆田市在對仙游縣楓亭鎮(zhèn)一小學(xué)在校學(xué)生新冠病毒核酸檢測時，發(fā)現(xiàn)2名學(xué)生（為親兄弟）核酸檢測結(jié)果呈陽性，立即擴(kuò)大核酸采樣又發(fā)現(xiàn)4人（1名學(xué)生和3名家長）核酸檢測結(jié)果呈陽性。隨后，當(dāng)?shù)赜嘘P(guān)部門展開核酸檢測，確診病例和無癥狀感染者目前情況穩(wěn)定。
The first two cases in the outbreak involved two students at a primary school in Xianyou on Friday, found during random testing, which is regularly conducted. The two brothers, and later their parents, tested positive. Since the virus reemerged on Friday, local authorities have conducted extensive nucleic acid testing. All patients with confirmed cases and asymptomatic carriers are in stable condition.

據(jù)介紹，經(jīng)專家初步研判，本次疫情源頭疑似為其中一名確診病例（新加坡入境人員）導(dǎo)致的傳染鏈條。經(jīng)流調(diào)發(fā)現(xiàn)，該病例為境外返莆人員，8月4日乘坐廈門航空MF852航班自新加坡從廈門機(jī)場入境，在廈門定點酒店集中隔離14天后，于8月19日點對點轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)至仙游縣集中隔離點繼續(xù)集中隔離（8月19日、22日、24日三次核酸檢測均為陰性），后于8月26日起實行居家健康監(jiān)測。
9月11日，莆田市衛(wèi)健委主任姚冰珊在新聞發(fā)布會上表示，目前已將此次疫情部分相關(guān)病例的標(biāo)本送至省疾控中心進(jìn)行基因測序，結(jié)果初步判定為德爾塔毒株。

Many entertainment facilities, including clubs, cinemas and net cafes, among others, must be closed temporarily to prevent crowds from gathering. Education and health officials in Fujian also announced that students, teachers and staff of all schools across the province must conduct nucleic acid test before September 19. All kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and tutoring institutions in Putian were to suspend in-person teaching starting Monday, the Putian education bureau said on Sunday. Schools should provide online instruction for students, who are advised to stay at home and not to attend any gatherings, the bureau said.
國家衛(wèi)健委派出的赴福建工作組專家判斷：
①目前莆田疫情形勢嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜，后續(xù)在社區(qū)、學(xué)校、工廠等人群中繼續(xù)發(fā)現(xiàn)病例的可能性高，疫情存在外溢風(fēng)險；
②楓亭鎮(zhèn)形成2個疫情集中傳播點：最早發(fā)現(xiàn)病例的小學(xué)和鎮(zhèn)內(nèi)某鞋廠，都是人員密集場所；
③此次疫情首先在學(xué)校發(fā)現(xiàn)，低年齡兒童感染較多；
④專家們研判，只要確保各項措施和各個環(huán)節(jié)落到實處，疫情規(guī)模有望在國慶長假前得到控制。

就大家關(guān)心的病例是否會外溢到其他省份的問題，央視記者采訪得知，從8月26日到9月10日，初步計算從莆田出省的人數(shù)在三萬左右，疫情發(fā)生后已第一時間向各省份發(fā)出協(xié)查函，全國各地立即開展排查工作。根據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，四川成都、眉山，廣東珠海、佛山、惠州等多地先后發(fā)布緊急提示，近期來自莆田市仙游縣的人員應(yīng)主動報備，服從轄區(qū)的疫情防控措施安排。
