商務(wù)部近日印發(fā)《關(guān)于做好今冬明春蔬菜等生活必需品市場保供穩(wěn)價工作的通知》，其中提到，“鼓勵家庭根據(jù)需要儲存一定數(shù)量的生活必需品，滿足日常生活和突發(fā)情況的需要。”
這一《通知》很快成為熱門話題，引發(fā)網(wǎng)友眾多解讀，有人擔(dān)心：目前生活物資是否充足，供應(yīng)是否有保障？

朱小良表示，商務(wù)部專門印發(fā)了通知，目的在于督促各地嚴(yán)格落實“菜籃子”市長負(fù)責(zé)制，指導(dǎo)商貿(mào)流通企業(yè)加強貨源組織，暢通產(chǎn)銷銜接，提前采購耐儲蔬菜，與基地簽訂蔬菜供貨協(xié)議。
The purpose of the statement was to strengthen efforts by local authorities to ensure supplies, instruct commercial distribution companies on sourcing goods, smooth the bridge between production and sales and encourage the signing of vegetable supply agreements, Zhu said.
此外，通知要求，北方省份要按時完成本年度冬春蔬菜儲備計劃，南方省份要根據(jù)自身情況建立完善蔬菜儲備；及時投放肉類、蔬菜等生活必需品儲備，補充市場供應(yīng)；充分利用大型連鎖商貿(mào)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)勢，保障商貿(mào)供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)正常運營；及時發(fā)布商品市場供求和價格信息，穩(wěn)定社會預(yù)期；若個別地方因疫情防控采取封閉管理措施，要迅速公布保供網(wǎng)點貨源、地址、聯(lián)系方式等信息，滿足居民生活必需品采購需求。
對于上述《通知》，《經(jīng)濟日報》發(fā)表文章認(rèn)為網(wǎng)友的關(guān)注“可以理解”，但是無需過度解讀：“事實上，通知中的這句話，主要是針對疫情防控，部分小區(qū)臨時封控，可能造成生活不便。從長期看，也是倡導(dǎo)居民提高應(yīng)急管理意識，增加必要家庭應(yīng)急商品儲備，作為國家應(yīng)急體系的必要補充。”
