近日，陜西西安疫情引發(fā)全社會(huì)的關(guān)注。為了遏制疫情傳播，社區(qū)采取了相應(yīng)管控措施。然而據(jù)網(wǎng)友爆料，21日晚間有女子疑與疫情工作人員發(fā)生爭(zhēng)執(zhí)，不配合防疫工作。話題很快成為微博熱搜。

根據(jù)網(wǎng)傳視頻顯示，在西安交通大學(xué)交大一村小區(qū)東門(mén)前，一名女子拒絕配合防疫工作人員的要求，情緒激動(dòng)地說(shuō)“我不是平民百姓，我美國(guó)待7年了。”女子還說(shuō)道，“不要拿疫情的事情來(lái)搞我。”

The woman got into a fight with an epidemic prevention worker outside of a compound near Xi'an Jiaotong University in the capital city of Northwest China's Shaanxi Province. In the video, the woman claimed that she was not a "common person" since she had lived in the US for seven years. 
 


對(duì)面的男子則大聲說(shuō)道，“對(duì)大家要負(fù)責(zé)任，這是人家的工作”， “美國(guó)待，你待美國(guó)去，別到中國(guó)來(lái)”。

The man she had a fight with clapped back, saying "you've been in the US? Then go back to the US, and don't come to China!"

12月22日，該女子所在的小區(qū)物業(yè)稱(chēng)：“她進(jìn)家屬區(qū)時(shí)見(jiàn)前面一位物業(yè)工作人員進(jìn)去未掃碼，保安讓該女子掃碼，女子覺(jué)得受到歧視，并辱罵保安。”

The property management department of the compound told media that the woman refused to scan a QR health code when entering the compound and verbally abused a security guard on Tuesday.

22日，西安市疫情防控新聞發(fā)布會(huì)宣布，西安市將進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)疫情管控，全市小區(qū)（村）、單位實(shí)行封閉管理。

All districts, villages and communities in Xi'an, capital city of Shaanxi province, will implement closed management controls along with other preventive measures from Thursday, as the epidemic situation is still complex and grim, the city government said.

從23日零時(shí)起，西安市全市小區(qū)（村）、單位實(shí)行封閉式管理，每戶家庭每2天由1人外出采購(gòu)生活物資，其他家庭成員除在疫情防控、城市運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)保障、居民生活密切相關(guān)行業(yè)工作外，一般不外出，外出需持單位、社區(qū)開(kāi)具的證明。

The city will implement closed management. Only one person in each family is allowed to go out to purchase daily necessities every two days. Other people, except those working in epidemic prevention and control and vital industries, should carry certificates issued by their communities if they have to go outside. All facilities will be temporarily closed except those conducting work related to epidemic prevention and livelihood protection. People are encouraged to work from home.

同時(shí)加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村地區(qū)人員排查管控工作，嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行外來(lái)人員特別是中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)來(lái)返人員的排查登記，查驗(yàn)48小時(shí)核酸檢測(cè)陰性證明。

西安市倡導(dǎo)全體市民“非必要不離市”，交管部門(mén)在“一場(chǎng)五站”和國(guó)省干道、高速路口等加強(qiáng)查驗(yàn)，對(duì)非必要離市人員進(jìn)行勸返。確因特殊原因需離開(kāi)西安的，除持有48小時(shí)核酸檢測(cè)陰性證明外，還要提供單位（街道）證明及相關(guān)審批手續(xù)。暫停全市長(zhǎng)途客運(yùn)班線，但運(yùn)送市民生活和防疫物資的貨運(yùn)車(chē)輛可以通行。出租車(chē)、網(wǎng)約車(chē)不得進(jìn)入中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)，也不得出市區(qū)運(yùn)營(yíng)。

Xi'an residents are also urged not to leave the city unless necessary, and traffic management departments have stepped up inspection of outbound vehicles and travelers to prevent the spread of the virus. Bus lines in the city will be suspended, as well as freight delivery vehicles except those carrying daily necessities and epidemic prevention material. Taxis and online ride-hailing vehicles have been banned from medium- and high-risk areas and from operating outside urban area.
