據(jù)韓聯(lián)社報(bào)道，韓國政府24日公布新年特赦名單，包括前總統(tǒng)樸槿惠在內(nèi)的3094人將于31日獲得特赦、減刑或復(fù)權(quán)。
Park Geun-hye, the former convicted South Korean president currently serving a 22-year prison term for corruption, was included among beneficiaries of President Moon Jae-in's special amnesty for the new year, the government announced Friday. The 69-year-old former president was included in a list of 3,094 pardon beneficiaries who are scheduled to be released on New Year's Eve.
樸槿惠因親信干政案和收受國家情報(bào)院特別經(jīng)費(fèi)案于今年1月被判有期徒刑20年、罰金180億韓元（約合人民幣9672萬元）、追繳贓款35億韓元并在首爾看守所接受拘押。再加上樸槿惠2018年11月底還因涉嫌干涉國會選舉案而獲刑2年，累計(jì)刑期共22年。
Park has been serving a combined 22-year prison sentence since March 2017 after being impeached and removed from office over far-reaching corruption charges and an influence-peddling scandal.
樸槿惠2013年至2017年任韓國總統(tǒng)，2017年3月10日被彈劾罷免，失去司法豁免權(quán)。同月31日，法院批準(zhǔn)逮捕樸槿惠。此后，檢方以涉嫌收受賄賂、濫用職權(quán)等多項(xiàng)罪名起訴她。
韓國政府表示，此次赦免旨在擺脫不幸歷史，實(shí)現(xiàn)全民大團(tuán)結(jié)，進(jìn)而抗擊疫情并朝向未來邁出新的一步。法務(wù)部長官樸范界當(dāng)天在記者會上表示，總統(tǒng)文在寅出于對全民和解和彌合矛盾的考慮就赦免樸槿惠進(jìn)行了討論。樸槿惠的健康狀況惡化也是重要決定因素之一。
The government said the decisions were made as a means of overcoming a nationwide crisis prompted by the COVID-19 pandemic by moving forward from "the unfortunate history of the past and achieving a grand unity among the people." The amnesty was decided in consideration of her deteriorating health.

而另一名韓國前總統(tǒng)李明博并未在此次特赦名單之中。法務(wù)部長官樸范界表示，李明博的情況與樸槿惠不同，政府也要考慮到國民情緒。李明博生于1941年，2008年至2013年任韓國總統(tǒng)。2020年10月29日，韓國大法院（最高法院）以貪污受賄等罪名，終審判處李明博有期徒刑17年。他是繼全斗煥、盧泰愚、樸槿惠之后第四名遭刑事定罪的韓國前總統(tǒng)。
Former President Lee Myung-bak, who is currently serving a 17-year prison sentence over embezzlement and bribery convictions, was excluded from the pardon.
此外，據(jù)韓聯(lián)社報(bào)道，青瓦臺相關(guān)人士表示，此次赦免與下屆總統(tǒng)選舉毫無關(guān)系。
據(jù)路透社報(bào)道，文在寅此前曾表示不會特赦貪污案件罪犯。但是反對黨政客及樸槿惠支持者則呼吁在三月份總統(tǒng)大選前特赦，理由則是樸槿惠健康惡化，以及韓國政治沖突深化。
Moon had previously pledged not to pardon those who were convicted of corruption. But many supporters and politicians of the conservative main opposition People Power party have called for Park's pardon ahead of the March presidential election, citing her deteriorating health and deepening political strife.
11月的一份蓋洛普民調(diào)顯示，當(dāng)時(shí)大約有48%的受訪者反對特赦樸槿惠和李明博，這一數(shù)字比年初時(shí)的60%大大下降。
A poll by Gallup Korea in November showed 48% of respondents were opposed to pardoning Park and Lee, but the numbers have dropped from around 60% early this year.
樸槿惠的律師柳榮夏則表示，在韓國總統(tǒng)文在寅宣布決定向樸槿惠提供特別赦免后不久，樸槿惠對文在寅表示感謝。柳榮夏在韓國三星首爾醫(yī)院前與記者見面時(shí)表示，樸槿惠為“人們對她擔(dān)憂感到抱歉，并感謝他們一直以來的支持”。
Park's lawyer Yoo Yeong-ha said Park had offered an apology for causing concern to the public and thanked Moon for making a difficult decision.
柳榮夏還說，樸槿惠還對文在寅和韓國政府不顧重重困難決定向她提供特別赦免深表感謝。說她將集中精力治療，并將盡快向韓國國民表示感謝。當(dāng)被記者問及樸槿惠對赦免消息的反應(yīng)時(shí)，柳榮夏回答：“她只是很淡定。”
