海關(guān)總署日前發(fā)布公告，提醒消費(fèi)者“暫不通過任何渠道購(gòu)買”以及“立即暫停食用”美國(guó)雅培公司旗下相關(guān)嬰幼兒產(chǎn)品。

China's customs has issued a statement advising consumers to stop buying and ingesting certain infant formulas produced by the U.S.-based health-care company Abbott Nutrition.



公告顯示，2月18日，美國(guó)食品和藥品監(jiān)督管理局（FDA）宣布，正在調(diào)查四名嬰兒感染克羅諾桿菌和沙門氏菌事件的投訴。FDA稱，據(jù)報(bào)告，這四名嬰兒均食用了雅培在密歇根州斯特吉斯工廠生產(chǎn)的奶粉，品牌包括Similac、Alimentum和EleCare。

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently launched an investigation into the baby formulas following complaints of Cronobacter sakazakii and Salmonella Newport infections, said the General Administration of Customs (GAC), citing an FDA announcement. All of the cases are reported to have consumed powdered infant formula produced from Abbott Nutrition's Sturgis, Michigan facility. The brands are Similac, Alimentum and EleCare, according to the statement.
 
根據(jù)初步調(diào)查結(jié)果，海關(guān)總署建議消費(fèi)者暫不購(gòu)買和食用涉事企業(yè)下列嬰幼兒配方奶粉：

1.產(chǎn)品代碼前兩位是數(shù)字22到37的；
2.容器上代碼包含K8、SH或Z2的；
3.保質(zhì)期為2022年4月1日及更晚的。

The customs administration suggested that consumers not purchase or use powdered formula products from the company that meet any of the following conditions: that the first two digits of the product code are numbers 22 through 37; that the code on the container contains K8, SH or Z2; or that the expiration date is April 1,2022, or later.

經(jīng)海關(guān)總署核查，上述產(chǎn)品沒有通過一般貿(mào)易輸華；涉事企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的特醫(yī)產(chǎn)品Similac HMFortifi 喜康寶貝添特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途嬰兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充劑有對(duì)華出口記錄，雅培中國(guó)已啟動(dòng)自主召回。

海關(guān)總署提醒消費(fèi)者：

1.暫不通過任何渠道購(gòu)買上述嬰幼兒配方奶粉。
2.如有通過非一般貿(mào)易渠道（如：海淘）購(gòu)買該企業(yè)相關(guān)批次嬰幼兒配方奶粉的，立即暫停食用。
3.如有購(gòu)買上述特醫(yī)產(chǎn)品的，立即暫停食用。

The products haven't entered China through general trade, the administration said, adding that consumers who bought the products through cross-border e-commerce channels should stop using them. Similac HMFortifi, a baby nutrition supplement for special medical purposes produced by the company, has been exported to China, but Abbott China had initiated a recall, the administration said.

海關(guān)總署將密切跟進(jìn)FDA的調(diào)查進(jìn)展，并及時(shí)向消費(fèi)者通報(bào)。

The GAC said it will continue to closely follow the FDA's investigation on the matter and keep consumers updated of any progress.

 

目前，打開雅培奶粉官方網(wǎng)站，隨即彈出一則召回公告。公告稱：雅培中國(guó)在中國(guó)大陸銷售的產(chǎn)品中，僅有一款產(chǎn)品，喜康寶貝添嬰兒營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充劑（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“喜康寶貝添”），受此事件的影響。雅培中國(guó)已在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)啟動(dòng)自愿召回由美國(guó)密歇根州斯特吉斯（Sturgis）工廠生產(chǎn)的保質(zhì)期截止日為2022年4月1日（含）起到2023年4月1日（含）之間的喜康寶貝添。如消費(fèi)者持有上述日期的喜康寶貝添，請(qǐng)暫不食用。
 


除這一公告外，雅培方面暫無更多信息公布。此外，雅培在天貓和京東電商平臺(tái)的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)下架。

根據(jù)海關(guān)總署公告提示：

坂崎克羅諾桿菌感染可能造成早產(chǎn)兒、低出生體重嬰兒、免疫力低下嬰兒罹患腦膜炎、敗血癥或壞死性結(jié)腸炎，由坂崎腸桿菌引發(fā)疾病而導(dǎo)致的死亡率可達(dá)40-50%。根據(jù)《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 嬰兒配方食品》（GB17065）和《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途嬰兒配方食品通則》的規(guī)定，嬰兒配方食品和特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途嬰兒配方食品中不得檢出坂崎克羅諾桿菌。

沙門氏菌是一種腸道致病菌，分為傷寒沙門氏菌、副傷寒沙門氏菌和非傷寒沙門氏菌等多種類型，不同類型的沙門氏菌可引發(fā)傷寒、副傷寒、發(fā)熱、腹痛等。根據(jù)《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 嬰兒配方食品》（GB17065）和《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途嬰兒配方食品通則》的規(guī)定，嬰兒配方食品和特殊醫(yī)學(xué)用途嬰兒配方食品中不得檢出沙門氏菌。
