Russian negotiators brought a large set of documents, including specific agreements, but the Ukrainian side could not sign them on the spot and took all these documents back home for study, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, also the head of the Russian delegation, told reporters. "To be honest, our expectations from the talks were not met. But we hope that next time we will be able to take a more significant step forward," Medinsky said after the meeting.

俄羅斯成立的烏克蘭人道主義響應協(xié)調(diào)指揮部8日凌晨發(fā)表緊急聲明。聲明稱，烏克蘭方面無法也沒有能力確保人道主義走廊的運作，在整個烏克蘭，特別是在基輔、切爾尼戈夫、蘇梅、哈爾科夫和馬里烏波爾等主要城市的情況正在迅速惡化，已經(jīng)具有人道主義災難的性質(zhì)。因此，俄羅斯宣布從莫斯科時間2022年3月8日10:00開始進入靜默狀態(tài)并對基輔、哈爾科夫、切爾尼戈夫、蘇梅、馬里烏波爾等城市提供人道主義走廊幫助當?shù)仄矫癯冯x，部分撤離路線還需要和烏克蘭方面進一步商定。

Russia will announce a ceasefire and is ready to provide humanitarian corridors in Ukraine starting from 10 am on March 8, the Russian Interagency Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Relief said on Monday. Also, humanitarian corridors will be opened from Chernigov through Belarus, from the city of Sumy along two routes to Poltava and to Russia, from Kharkov to Russia or to Lvov, Uzhgorod and Ivano-Frankovsk. Also, a humanitarian corridor will be opened from Mariupol along two routes to Russia and Zaporozhe.
CNN：歐美討論烏建立“流亡政府”

US and European officials have been discussing how the West would support a government in exile helmed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should he have to flee Kiev, Western officials told CNN.The discussions have ranged from supporting Zelensky and top Ukrainian officials in a potential move to Lviv in western Ukraine, to the possibility that Zelensky and his aides are forced to flee Ukraine altogether and establish a new government in Poland, the officials said.The discussions are only preliminary and no decisions have been made, the sources said.

Ukrainians have a plan for “continuity of government one way or another,” if Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is killed, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said during an interview with CBS' "Face the Nation" on Sunday.
“The Ukrainians have plans in place that I’m not going to talk about or get into any detail about to make sure that there is continuity of government one way or another, and I’m going to leave it at that,” Blinken said.Blinken also complimented Zelensky for his “leadership” through this crisis.

當?shù)貢r間6日，俄烏談判烏方代表團成員、烏克蘭人民公仆黨議會黨團主席阿拉哈米亞在接受美國?？怂剐侣劸W(wǎng)采訪時表示，未來5到10年間，北約并不準備討論烏克蘭加入該組織這一問題。他表示，烏方不會再致力于提交加入北約的申請，而是將討論某種“非北約模式”。在這一問題上，烏方必須與之開展對話的并不僅僅是俄羅斯這一個國家。
NATO countries are not ready to discuss having Ukraine in the organization and Kiev is ready to discuss "some non-NATO models," Fox News reported on Sunday. "The response that we are getting from the NATO countries is that they are not ready to even discuss having us in NATO, not for the closest period of five or 10 years. We would not fight for the NATO applications, we would fight for the result, but not for the process," David Arakhamia, member of the Ukrainian delegation for talks with Russia, told Fox News. "We are ready to discuss some non-NATO models ... We are open to discuss such things in a broader circle, not only in bilateral discussions with Russia, but also with other partners," Arakhamia was quoted as saying.
