《環(huán)球時報》報道，據(jù)駐烏克蘭大使館消息，當(dāng)?shù)貢r間8日，經(jīng)過各方的艱苦努力，被戰(zhàn)火困在蘇梅的在烏最后一批中國留學(xué)生終于乘大巴撤離，共計115人，目前正前往安全地區(qū)。根據(jù)大使館提供的數(shù)據(jù)，在烏克蘭的中國留學(xué)生共有2700人。使館表示，至此，在烏所有中國人已經(jīng)撤出了烏克蘭的危險區(qū)域。
On Tuesday morning local time, the last batch of 115 Chinese students who had been trapped in eastern Ukraine's Sumy region were evacuated by bus, and they are now heading toward safe areas. The last batch of 115 Chinese students who had been stranded in Sumy under siege safely arrived in western Ukraine's Lviv by train on Wednesday and were warmly received by the Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine, drawing a perfect conclusion to one of China's largest evacuation operations in history. "These days in the face of the worsening security situation, you hid in basements, ate poorly, slept little, and suffered in fear. The Chinese Foreign Ministry and the Chinese Embassy in Ukraine issued two notices within two days, urging all fellow citizens in Ukraine to leave the country as soon as possible, given the escalating tensions and increasing factors of insecurity and uncertainty. They also reminded those who insisted on staying in Ukraine to pay close attention to their safety, and strengthen precautions and emergency preparations. The ministry and the embassy listed contacts for timely assistance in case of an emergency.

在3月9日，外交部發(fā)言人趙立堅主持例行記者會，回應(yīng)了相關(guān)問題。
趙立堅表示：經(jīng)各方共同努力，蘇梅地區(qū)的百余名中國留學(xué)生已經(jīng)安全撤離風(fēng)險區(qū)域。目前，在烏克蘭的絕大多數(shù)中國公民已經(jīng)撤離。我再次提醒少數(shù)留在烏克蘭的中國公民務(wù)必注意安全，加強防范和應(yīng)對準(zhǔn)備，同時和中國駐烏使領(lǐng)館保持聯(lián)系。駐烏使領(lǐng)館將繼續(xù)提供領(lǐng)事保護與協(xié)助。

趙立堅還介紹：中國紅十字會已經(jīng)發(fā)布消息。應(yīng)烏克蘭方面請求，中國紅十字會將向烏克蘭紅十字會提供一批人道主義援助物資，包括食品、生活必需品等，價值500萬元人民幣。3月9日，首批物資已經(jīng)從北京啟運，后續(xù)將通過適當(dāng)方式盡快交付烏克蘭紅十字會。
