初步判定為駕駛艙語音記錄器
3月23日晚，國家應(yīng)急處置指揮部發(fā)布“3•21”東航飛行事故調(diào)查的最新進(jìn)展。據(jù)民航事故調(diào)查中心主任毛延峰介紹，經(jīng)過現(xiàn)場搜救武警官兵和事故調(diào)查人員的共同努力，23日16時30分左右，在事故現(xiàn)場主要撞擊點東南方向約20米處的表層泥土中發(fā)現(xiàn)了兩部飛行記錄器（黑匣子）中的一部。

據(jù)朱濤介紹，已找到的記錄器外觀破損嚴(yán)重，存儲單元也存在一定程度的損壞，但相對比較完整，初步判定為駕駛艙話音記錄器（CVR）。“我們已將其連夜送往北京的專業(yè)機構(gòu)進(jìn)行譯碼。”朱濤說，記錄器所記錄的數(shù)據(jù)下載和譯碼需要一定的時間，如果內(nèi)部存儲單元出現(xiàn)損壞，則可能需要更長的時間。完成譯碼后，將為分析判斷事故原因提供重要證據(jù)，接下來，調(diào)查人員將繼續(xù)全力搜尋另一部飛行數(shù)據(jù)記錄器（FDR），為還原整個事件經(jīng)過提供更加全面的數(shù)據(jù)支持。

The exterior of the black box has been severely damaged, but its data storage unit is relatively complete despite some damage, Zhu said. The black box is being sent to Beijing for decoding. Downloading and decoding the data will take some time, and the process could be prolonged further if the internal storage unit is impaired, Zhu said.The official said that investigators will continue to search for the flight data recorder, the other black box, to provide a more complete picture of what happened to cause the crash.
黑匣子是什么？
黑匣子是飛機的飛行數(shù)據(jù)記錄器和駕駛艙話音記錄器的俗稱，是飛機專用的電子記錄設(shè)備，是調(diào)查分析飛行事故的重要設(shè)備。飛機一般裝有兩部黑匣子，其中一部為飛行數(shù)據(jù)記錄器，記錄著飛機的高度、速度、航向、俯仰角、滾轉(zhuǎn)角、垂直速度等重要參數(shù)，在發(fā)動機啟動時開始記錄，發(fā)動機停車后終止記錄。另一部為駕駛艙話音記錄器，可以記錄四個通道聲音，分別為機長通道、副駕駛通道、備用通道、環(huán)境通道聲音。
據(jù)介紹，失事飛機上，飛行數(shù)據(jù)記錄器安裝在客艙尾部，記錄時長25小時左右，記錄參數(shù)約1000個左右；駕駛艙話音記錄器安裝在貨倉尾部，可以記錄四個通道聲音，記錄時長大約2到3小時。兩部記錄器可以在事故發(fā)生后幫助分析飛機狀態(tài)、機組操作情況以及在駕駛艙面臨的狀況。
Mao said the Boeing 737-800 had two black boxes, its flight recorders. One, the flight data recorder, located at the back the cabin, could record 25 hours of about 1,000 parameters of flight data, including altitude, speed, direction and how the crew operated the aircraft. The search continued for that black box. The other, he said, is a cockpit voice recorder, which would be at the back of the cargo hold. It could record for two to three hours anything said in the cockpit as well as ambient sounds.

毛延峰介紹，失事飛機的兩個記錄器外表面都是橘黃色，顏色非常醒目，便于搜尋發(fā)現(xiàn)，且具有可以抵抗高過載沖擊撞擊（3400g，6.5毫秒)、耐高溫（1100度持續(xù)60分鐘火燒）、耐海水浸泡（30天）等特性，不易損毀。
黑匣子有多重要？
“由于本次事故情形比較罕見，空管雷達(dá)顯示飛機是在巡航階段突然下降高度，且下降率很大。盡快找到機上黑匣子，送到專業(yè)實驗室進(jìn)行譯碼，對梳理事故鏈條、還原和分析事故原因非常重要。”民航事故調(diào)查中心主任毛延峰說。
"This type of accident is rarely seen. The aircraft suddenly began to drop sharply at high speed while it was cruising. We hope to retrieve both black boxes of the aircraft soon and then send them to professional labs for decoding," Mao said, adding that this is crucial to finding the cause of the crash.

目前，指揮部正組織力量全力搜尋另一部黑匣子。
在昨晚的發(fā)布會上，廣西消防救援總隊總隊長鄭西介紹，當(dāng)天下午，300余名消防救援人員主要對事故區(qū)域東面林區(qū)進(jìn)行搜尋。截至19時，消防救援人員共搜尋區(qū)域面積4.6萬平方米，發(fā)現(xiàn)有部分飛機殘骸和遺體殘骸，已移交調(diào)查工作組。
