據(jù)中國質(zhì)量新聞網(wǎng)報道，近日，浙江省慶元縣市場監(jiān)管局公示的2022年第4期食品抽檢檢驗(yàn)情況中稱，麥趣爾集團(tuán)股份有限公司（下稱“麥趣爾”）生產(chǎn)的2批次純牛奶不合格，不合格項目為丙二醇。
Maiquer has been under investigation for the illegal use of food additives, a local market regulator in East China's Zhejiang said on Sunday. Zhejiang officials recently confirmed that two batches of Maiquer milk were found to have excessive amounts of propylene glycol.

據(jù)央視新聞報道，目前市場監(jiān)管部門已對麥趣爾公司超范圍使用食品添加劑違法行為立案調(diào)查。
據(jù)市場監(jiān)管總局網(wǎng)站7月3日消息，針對新疆麥趣爾集團(tuán)股份有限公司（以下簡稱麥趣爾公司）生產(chǎn)的2批次純牛奶檢出丙二醇問題，市場監(jiān)管總局高度重視，第一時間督促新疆市場監(jiān)管局對麥趣爾公司開展調(diào)查，依法處置。新疆市場監(jiān)管局和昌吉市場監(jiān)管局立即組織對麥趣爾公司進(jìn)行調(diào)查和對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行抽檢，經(jīng)初步調(diào)查分析，麥趣爾純牛奶中檢出丙二醇為企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程中超范圍使用食品添加劑香精所致。
據(jù)介紹，丙二醇是批準(zhǔn)使用的食品添加劑，也是允許使用的食品用合成香料和食品用香精中允許使用的溶劑。但丙二醇不得在純牛奶中使用。
市場監(jiān)管總局要求新疆市場監(jiān)管局盡快查清麥趣爾公司違法事實(shí)，依法嚴(yán)厲查處，及時公布查處情況。
In light of the Maiquer case, the State Administration of Market Supervision has organized a sampling inspection among 23 batches of samples of pure milk produced by 14 companies with high market shares, propylene glycol was detected in six batches from Maiquer, with between 0.264 grams per kilogram and 0.363 grams detected per kilogram.
The State Administration for Market Regulation asked the Xinjiang market regular to identify the extent Maiquer's violations as soon as possible, investigate and punish the firm strictly according to the law, and publish the investigation and punishment results in a timely manner.
麥趣爾發(fā)函道歉
7月3日下午，麥趣爾發(fā)表溝通函并致歉。溝通函中稱：根據(jù)我司初步排查情況，不合格產(chǎn)品系由我公司在純牛奶和調(diào)制奶兩種品類生產(chǎn)切換過程中未能有效清洗產(chǎn)品罐線的殘留調(diào)制奶，導(dǎo)致調(diào)制奶中合法的食品添加劑（含丙二醇成分）混入純牛奶。
Maiquer apologized in a statement on Sunday afternoon, saying that "unqualified products were due to failure in cleaning up the product tank line of modulated milk," after the preliminary investigation of the company.
"The unqualified products are caused by the company's failure to effectively clean the residual modulated milk in the product tank line during the production switching process of pure milk and modulated milk, resulting in legal food additives, including propylene glycol, from modulated milk and ingredients into the pure milk," read the company statement.
麥趣爾方面稱，公司將配合政府相關(guān)部門進(jìn)一步核查事件準(zhǔn)確原因，并將及時向社會公布。
"We will cooperate with relevant government departments to further investigate on the case, and will announce the result to the public in a timely manner," it said.
7月4日，麥趣爾發(fā)布公告，就上述事項公司具體采取的措施包括：
已停止純牛奶生產(chǎn)，下架、封存、召回不合格產(chǎn)品；承諾對已購買不合格純牛奶的消費(fèi)者，無條件退貨、退款；將認(rèn)真開展自查自糾，排查不合格產(chǎn)品原因并進(jìn)行整改，及時向市場監(jiān)督管理部門報告排查情況；將積極配合市場監(jiān)督管理部門的調(diào)查處理，不拒絕、逃避，主動承擔(dān)企業(yè)責(zé)任。
Maiquer issued a second apology for its overuse of food additives on Monday, vowing to actively cooperate with market regulators on the investigation and will carry out self-inspection on all of its products to completely eradicate similar incidents in its operations.
The company has suspended production of milk products, and has removed, sealed, and recalled all substandard products. It said it will unconditionally refund consumers that bought these products.
“Maiquer will actively cooperate with the regulators on the investigation, and will not reject or avoid responsibility,” the company said, noting that it will conduct an earnest self-inspection to identify problems which led to substandard products being sold and rectify these issues.
公告稱，針對以上事件，公司深表自責(zé)，在全力配合監(jiān)管部門工作的同時，對公司全部產(chǎn)品開展自查自糾，舉一反三，杜絕在今后的日常生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程當(dāng)中出現(xiàn)類似問題，同時誠懇向廣大消費(fèi)者道歉，對給各方造成的困擾深表歉意，公司將進(jìn)一步提升業(yè)務(wù)合規(guī)和管理水平，切實(shí)履行社會責(zé)任。
The company said that it offers a sincere apology to consumers and relevant parties impacted by the incident, stressing that it will improve compliance and management to earnestly implement its social responsibility.
不過，據(jù)網(wǎng)友反饋，電商平臺上相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的退貨退款并不順利。新浪黑貓消費(fèi)者服務(wù)平臺官方微博發(fā)文稱，在黑貓投訴平臺上，關(guān)于麥趣爾的投訴累計已超過千條；另有網(wǎng)友稱，由于液體無法郵寄，麥趣爾客服讓其倒掉牛奶，之后可申請退款，但在倒掉后，客服便開始推脫，不予退款。
目前，麥趣爾公司尚無進(jìn)一步回應(yīng)。
