當?shù)貢r間20日，第77屆聯(lián)合國大會一般性辯論在紐約聯(lián)合國總部拉開帷幕。本屆聯(lián)大一般性辯論的主題為“分水嶺時刻：以變革方案應對相互交織的挑戰(zhàn)”。

The General Debate of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly opened on Tuesday with the theme of "A watershed moment: transformative solutions to interlocking challenges."
 

當天，聯(lián)合國秘書長古特雷斯在講話中警告，世界“已陷入大麻煩之中”，各種分歧日益加深，不平等現(xiàn)象日漸擴大，棘手難題正在擴散。

In his "state-of-the world" report to the General Assembly right before the opening of the General Debate, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres warned that the world is "in big trouble".

"Our world is in big trouble. Divides are growing deeper. Inequalities are growing wider. And challenges are spreading farther," he said.

他呼吁各國維護聯(lián)合國實現(xiàn)和維持和平的核心使命，尊重國際法，用對話機制來彌合分歧，強調(diào)“任何重大的全球性挑戰(zhàn)都不可能通過‘意愿聯(lián)盟’來解決”。
 

“任何勢力或集團都不可能單獨發(fā)號施令。任何重大的全球性挑戰(zhàn)都不可能通過有意愿者聯(lián)盟來克服。我們需要的是世界聯(lián)盟。”

“No power or group alone can call the shots. No major global challenge can be solved by a coalition of the willing. We need a coalition of the world.”

“We need much more concerted action everywhere anchored in respect for international law and the protection of human rights. In a splintering world, we need to create mechanisms of dialogue to heal divides.”

古特雷斯還敦促各國大力發(fā)展可再生能源并幫助相關國家適應日益惡化的氣候沖擊。此外，他強調(diào)，只要團結一致，國際社會就能夠培育出“希望之苗（shoots of hope）”。
 

“在發(fā)達國家和發(fā)展中國家之間，也就是北方國家與南方國家之間，或者說在特權國家和其他國家之間，分歧正在變得日益危險。這種分歧所致的地緣政治緊張關系和缺乏信任傷害了包括疫苗和貿(mào)易制裁在內(nèi)的全球合作各領域。但是，我們可以通過團結一致采取行動，維護脆弱的希望之苗。”

“The divergence between developed and developing countries – between North and South – between the privileged and the rest – is becoming more dangerous by the day. It is at the root of the geopolitical tensions and lack of trust that poison every area of global cooperation, from vaccines to sanctions to trade. But by acting as one, we can nurture fragile shoots of hope.”

State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi will attend the General Debate of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly from September 18 to 25. On the margins of the General Debate, he will host a ministerial meeting of the Group of Friends of the Global Development Initiative, attend the meeting of the BRICS Ministers of Foreign Affairs/International Relations and the dialogue of foreign ministers of China and the Quartet of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), hold a group meeting with the foreign ministers of the Troika of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and have bilateral meetings with the UN Secretary-General, the President of the 77th session of the General Assembly and the heads of delegation or foreign ministers of some countries.
