隨著冬日臨近，歐洲各國的能源短缺問題越來越引發(fā)關(guān)注。而在俄烏沖突后，俄羅斯遭受制裁，部分歐洲國家需要高價進口天然氣，這也讓他們倍感壓力。

馬克龍抱怨：

天然氣要4倍價格，不夠朋友

法國總統(tǒng)馬克龍日前在巴黎的一場企業(yè)家大會上忍不住抱怨“朋友們”出口的天然氣太貴。

“秉著偉大的友誼精神，我們想對美國和挪威的朋友說：‘你們很棒，為我們提供了能源和天然氣，但有一件事不能再繼續(xù)下去了，我們購買天然氣的價格是你們出售給自身企業(yè)價格的4倍’，”馬克龍說，“這可不是友誼的真諦。”

"In a spirit of great friendship, we will say to our American and Norwegian friends: 'You're super, you supply us with energy and gas, but one thing that can't go on for too long is us paying four times more than the price you sell to your industry,'" French President Emmanuel Macron said, "That is not exactly the meaning of friendship."

 

除了法國，德國方面也對能源價格頗有微詞。日前，德國副總理兼經(jīng)濟和氣候保護部長羅伯特·哈貝克也在專訪中暗指美國等“友好”國家以過高的價格向德國供應天然氣，借俄烏沖突發(fā)戰(zhàn)爭財。

Germany's Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action Robert Habeck criticized the "excessive" gas prices charged by "friendly" supplier countries, such as the United States.

普京：現(xiàn)在球到了歐盟那邊

據(jù)塔斯社報道，俄羅斯總統(tǒng)普京12日在“俄羅斯能源周”國際論壇上發(fā)表講話表示，俄羅斯將繼續(xù)使用“北溪-2”剩余的管道向歐洲輸出能源。

Russia is ready to start gas supplies to Europe over the single remaining string of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday at the Russian Energy Week forum.

 

他提出，如果歐洲愿意，俄可通過“北溪-2”未受損的一條管道向歐洲供氣，其運力為每年275億立方米，約占歐洲天然氣進口總量的8%。俄羅斯已經(jīng)準備開始供應了。

"Its (the surviving string) capacity is 27.5 billion cubic meters per year, about 8% of total gas imports to Europe. Russia is ready for a start of such supplies," the President said.

普京說：“現(xiàn)在球到了歐盟那邊，如果他們愿意，他們可以直接打開管道閥門。”

“The ball, as they say, is on the side of the European Union. If they want it, let them just open the tap," Putin said.
