12月27日，國務(wù)院應(yīng)對(duì)新型冠狀病毒感染疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控機(jī)制外事組發(fā)布《關(guān)于中外人員往來暫行措施的通知》，于2023年1月8日起實(shí)施。

 

 

來華人員在行前48小時(shí)進(jìn)行核酸檢測(cè)，結(jié)果陰性者可來華，無需向我駐外使領(lǐng)館申請(qǐng)健康碼，將結(jié)果填入海關(guān)健康申明卡。如呈陽性，相關(guān)人員應(yīng)在轉(zhuǎn)陰后再來華。
