據(jù)《現(xiàn)代快報(bào)》報(bào)道，在江蘇常州溧陽，南山竹海熊貓館這幾年每年都在招大熊貓飼養(yǎng)員，簡(jiǎn)歷收了數(shù)百份，但錄取率為0，這讓管理方很是發(fā)愁。

據(jù)相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，照顧大熊貓的工作比很多人想象中的要復(fù)雜，不僅僅是給大熊貓喂食、陪玩。這項(xiàng)工作對(duì)專業(yè)、性格、觀察力等都有很高的要求。

A manager at the tour zone said being a panda keeper is more complex than most people realize and involves much more than feeding and playing with them. He added that the job has high benchmarks for professionalism, personality and observation skills.
 

據(jù)《現(xiàn)代快報(bào)》報(bào)道，溧陽南山竹海景區(qū)從四川雅安基地引進(jìn)了兩只大熊貓，由一個(gè) 5 人團(tuán)隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)照顧。不久后，景區(qū)為了儲(chǔ)備人才，開始公開招聘大熊貓飼養(yǎng)員。今年初，原本穩(wěn)定的 5 人飼養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)中，有 1 人離職了，所以在各大網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘平臺(tái)發(fā)布公告，進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大熊貓飼養(yǎng)員海選范圍。
 

負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，飼養(yǎng)過程中也有很多細(xì)節(jié)要求，包括給大熊貓糞便稱重，留意大熊貓心情變化，投放竹子要分散直立等等。可能由于門檻過高，很少有應(yīng)聘者符合要求，目前也沒有人成功上崗。

“There are many detailed requirements for a keeper during the raising of pandas, such as weighing their faeces, observing the pandas’ moods and distributing bamboo by scattering it around and leaving it in a vertical position,” the manager said, “Perhaps due to the high threshold, we found very few applicants meet our requirements. So far, none of them has been recruited.”
 

據(jù)央視財(cái)經(jīng)介紹，大熊貓看上去憨態(tài)可掬，實(shí)際上是猛獸的一種，飼養(yǎng)起來難度比較大。除了喂竹子，還需要和水果、竹筍等搭配，每一種食物的投放都要根據(jù)具體情況定量。此外飼養(yǎng)員每天還要將大熊貓的精神、糞便、尿液、食物采集情況和剩余量等情況登記入表。有時(shí)，飼養(yǎng)員還要充當(dāng)巡查員和講解員的角色。
 

負(fù)責(zé)人介紹，希望飼養(yǎng)員為畜牧專業(yè)、畜牧獸醫(yī)專業(yè)，或相關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)學(xué)校畢業(yè)；要有絕對(duì)的耐心和責(zé)任心，以及 " 富有愛心，喜歡動(dòng)物，最好有飼養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn) "。

The manager said they wanted panda keepers with degrees in livestock rearing or veterinary medicine who are patient and responsible. “They must love animals. Having experience raising animals in a zoo is a plus,” said the manager.
 

熊貓館館長(zhǎng)馬洪軍在接受采訪時(shí)表示，有的人看著喜歡大熊貓，但真正來了之后心理壓力比較大，白天夜里陪著熊貓，要耐得住寂寞。
