前幾天，法國總統(tǒng)馬克龍的中國之行備受國際關(guān)注，而在結(jié)束訪華回國的飛機(jī)上，他說的一句話卻讓有的人坐不住了。
 

“歐洲不當(dāng)美國跟班”
 

據(jù)《政客》網(wǎng)站報道，在回國飛機(jī)上，馬克龍接受了媒體的采訪，他表示，歐洲應(yīng)該減少對美國的依賴程度，并且避免在臺灣問題上卷入中美之間的對抗。

Europe must reduce its dependency on the United States and avoid getting dragged into a confrontation between China and the U.S. over Taiwan, French President Emmanuel Macron said in an interview on his plane back from a three-day state visit to China.
 

“矛盾的地方在于，出于恐懼，我們認(rèn)為自己就是美國的跟班，”馬克龍在采訪中說，“而歐洲人需要回答的問題是，給‘臺灣危機(jī)’火上澆油符合我們的利益嗎？并不。”

“The paradox would be that, overcome with panic, we believe we are just America’s followers,” Macron said in the interview. “The question Europeans need to answer … is it in our interest to accelerate [a crisis] on Taiwan? No. ”
 

“如果兩個超級大國之間的關(guān)系越來越緊張……我們將沒有時間也沒有資源來支撐我們的戰(zhàn)略自主，我們將成為附庸。”

“If the tensions between the two superpowers heat up … we won’t have the time nor the resources to finance our strategic autonomy and we will become vassals,” he said.
 

 

此外，馬克龍還說，歐洲在武器方面更加依賴美國，現(xiàn)在必須集中精力推動歐洲自身國防工業(yè)發(fā)展。馬克龍還建議歐洲減少對“美元治外法權(quán)”的依賴。

Macron also argued that Europe had increased its dependency on the U.S. for weapons and must now focus on boosting European defense industries. He also suggested Europe should reduce its dependence on the “extraterritoriality of the U.S. dollar”.

 

馬克龍的這一套“組合拳”下來，可謂一石激起千層浪。隨后就有外媒援引所謂“外交專家”、“政界人士”的社交媒體稱，馬克龍的言論“備受批評”“引起公憤”云云。
 

然而實際上，我們看看這言論，就知道他們到底在“批評”什么了。
 

比如多家外媒都注意到了美國的共和黨參議員盧比奧的言論，他在推特上質(zhì)問馬克龍“是否代表歐洲”，并宣稱如果“歐洲不在臺灣問題上選邊站”，那么美國也不會在烏克蘭問題上選邊站，美國將會把注意力放在所謂“中國威脅”上，“你們自己去處理烏克蘭和歐洲”。

US Senator Marco Rubio released a video of over two minutes, in which he repeatedly questioned whether Macron speaks for all of Europe and stated that if Europe is not going to pick sides over the Taiwan question, the US will focus on the "threats China poses" and "you guys handle Ukraine and Europe."
 

值得注意的是，盧比奧此前多次發(fā)表反華言論。在2020年8月，中方?jīng)Q定對在涉港問題上表現(xiàn)惡劣的11名美方人士實施制裁，其中就包括盧比奧。
 

以“反華急先鋒”的言論來批評馬克龍的“戰(zhàn)略自主”，美國政客的面目昭然若揭。
