據(jù)報(bào)道，在杭州西湖區(qū)第五十屆中小學(xué)生田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)初中女子4×100米決賽上，一名女生甩開大長(zhǎng)腿在跑道上狂奔，遙遙領(lǐng)先沖向終點(diǎn)。視頻傳到網(wǎng)上，迅速刷屏↓↓↓

女孩名叫陸啟睿，是杭州市保俶塔實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)校學(xué)生。在這次運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上，她包攬女子組100米、200米兩項(xiàng)冠軍，分別以12秒07、25秒11的成績(jī)，打破兩項(xiàng)紀(jì)錄，均達(dá)到國(guó)家一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員水平。

這超燃一幕讓網(wǎng)友紛紛排隊(duì)點(diǎn)贊：“這就是一騎絕塵！”


Fifteen-year-old Lu Qirui from Hangzhou City, east China's Zhejiang Province, has become an overnight social media sensation after a video showed her finishing a 100-meter sprint in an astonishing 12.07 seconds. The footage is from an inter-school sports day, obviously she won the race and millions of hearts on and off the track. 

Lu, who studies at the West Lake District Middle School, also ran to victory in the 200-meter sprint clocking 25.11 seconds and breaking the competition's previous record. These figures match the scores of first-tier national-level athletes and are deemed almost impossible for a teenager to achieve.  

陸啟睿的體育老師、教練呂曉雨表示，“杭州的初中學(xué)生中，達(dá)到國(guó)家二級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是有的，但達(dá)到國(guó)家一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員成績(jī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的，真的是鳳毛麟角。”此外，呂老師表示，“初中就達(dá)到國(guó)家一級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員水平，今后有望被浙大特招。”

"For middle school students in Hangzhou, there are many who have reached the level of second-tier national-level athletes, but reaching the first-tier is very rare," said Lv Xiaoyu, Lu's physical education teacher and coach, adding "It is very likely for Zhejiang University to accept Lu as a first-tier national-level athlete on the basis of her sports performance."


陸啟睿說，自己小時(shí)候最喜歡的游戲是和伙伴們追追跑跑。她跑得極快，很少被小伙伴追上。讀小學(xué)四年級(jí)時(shí)，因?yàn)榕懿娇?，她被選中進(jìn)了學(xué)校的體訓(xùn)隊(duì)。

自那以后，她就開始了辛苦的訓(xùn)練。每天早上6點(diǎn)半就到達(dá)學(xué)校運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)，練習(xí)到7點(diǎn)半，下午4點(diǎn)開始訓(xùn)練，持續(xù)到6點(diǎn)。

Lu was a fourth grader when she was selected in her school's track and field training team. In spite of her young age, Lu demonstrated absolute self-discipline in training, waking up at six every morning and begin training at 6:30 a.m. before going to class at 7:30 a.m. She would then resume her training from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. after school. 

班主任老師說，小姑娘性格內(nèi)斂，做事認(rèn)真有毅力。“她上課很專注，效率也高。訓(xùn)練很辛苦，但她一直都認(rèn)真完成功課，不打折扣。”

聊起未來打算，陸啟睿說，自己要再提升學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)，也希望在短跑上再有突破。“還要看看未來幾年的短跑成績(jī)，再?zèng)Q定是不是走職業(yè)的路子。”

Currently in the last year of the middle school, Lu is busy juggling academics with her training sessions.  

In the future, Lu plans to create new milestones on the race course while also focusing on her studies.  

"I have the next few years to decide if I will go down the professional athletes' path."  

她還有個(gè)愿望：長(zhǎng)大后當(dāng)體育老師，把對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的熱愛傳遞給學(xué)生，讓更多人感受到運(yùn)動(dòng)帶來的快樂！
