暑期已至，作為深受年輕人追捧的奶茶，將迎來銷售旺季。然而，有些奶茶的店的后廚卻存在諸多問題……

據(jù)新華社報(bào)道，近日，新華社記者通過隨機(jī)應(yīng)聘，“臥底”網(wǎng)紅奶茶店“奈雪的茶”，發(fā)現(xiàn)其多家分店也存在蟑螂亂爬、水果腐爛、抹布不洗、標(biāo)簽不實(shí)等問題。

A Xinhua News Agency undercover investigation found that employees at Nayuki's store in Xidan Joy City and Chang'an Market turned a blind eye to poor hygiene situations and improper handling of food ingredients. Some also changed a production time label to sell bakery items that were not fresh from the oven.

蟑螂亂爬，水果腐爛

新華社報(bào)道稱，新華社記者應(yīng)聘進(jìn)入“奈雪的茶”北京西單大悅城店，成為一名實(shí)習(xí)茶飲師，負(fù)責(zé)面包區(qū)“上包”工作，即把后廚做好的面包從貨架擺放到櫥窗，并幫助顧客選購面包。

上崗當(dāng)天，記者看見一只指甲蓋大小的蟑螂，從面包展柜底部爬向面包制作間。記者馬上報(bào)告同組值班店員，但得到“沒事，不用管它”的答復(fù)。

“水吧和面包房有蟑螂”在許多店員看來十分“正常”。入職第二天，一些店員告訴記者，雖然店里要求很高，但“忙起來就顧不上那么多了”。

According to the Xinhua report, an employee at the Joy City store ignored an inferior hygiene situation caused by cockroaches being found in the bakery cabinet. 

在“奈雪的茶”長安商場(chǎng)店，一些發(fā)黑的芒果擺放在后廚的桌子上，員工被提醒要去掉“黑色”部分繼續(xù)使用，“不要浪費(fèi)，稍處理一下即可”。

記者看到，一些標(biāo)簽紙等雜物不小心掉進(jìn)芒果泥里，雜物被挑揀出來后芒果泥繼續(xù)使用。

Another employee at the Chang'an Market Nayuki store was reported to be using mango fruit paste contaminated by paper labels. They also made drinks without wearing gloves and repeatedly used rags without them being properly cleaned or disinfected.

標(biāo)簽不實(shí)，抹布不洗

新華社報(bào)道還稱，奈雪飲品“霸氣檸檬油柑”保質(zhì)期只有一天。但在“奈雪的茶”北京西單大悅城店，生產(chǎn)標(biāo)簽為手工輸入。因操作失誤，出現(xiàn)過工作人員錯(cuò)將當(dāng)天該品生產(chǎn)日期打成前一天的情況。

直到晚上閉店時(shí)，店長才發(fā)現(xiàn)。工作人員在群中私下處理了此事，相關(guān)情況并未對(duì)消費(fèi)者公示，也未采取任何補(bǔ)救措施。

新華社記者在工作中還看到，員工用同一個(gè)手套，同時(shí)處理不同的食物，且?guī)缀鯊牟桓鼡Q。遇到客流高峰期，店長等其他工作人員會(huì)直接到后廚上手操作，很多時(shí)候不戴手套直接處理食材。

在被安排“擦盤子”期間，新華社記者多次詢問店員一塊抹布擦幾十個(gè)盤子是否需清洗抹布，得到“完全不用”的答復(fù)。

回應(yīng)道歉，關(guān)閉門店

相關(guān)情況被曝光后，一時(shí)間，#新華社記者臥底奈雪的茶打工# 等多個(gè)相關(guān)話題登上微博熱搜。

8月3日凌晨5時(shí)許，奈雪的茶Nayuki通過官方微博就此事致歉并發(fā)布情況說明稱，已連夜徹查、整改。涉事的北京西單大悅城店、長安商場(chǎng)店兩家門店當(dāng)日將暫停營業(yè)。

Nayuki said in a statement on Tuesday that it had carried out a thorough investigation and address cited issues at its stores overnight after the media reported that its two chain stores in Beijing were found to be infested with cockroaches, using rotten black mangoes in its products, and incorrect labelling to sell unsold products.

The company said that the two stores involved have been closed as of Monday and it will invite the market supervision and administration regulator to conduct door-to-door inspection and announce the inspection results to public as soon as possible.
