據(jù)悉，該計劃最早曾在2017年由英國《衛(wèi)報》旗下深度報道專欄披露，此后幾經(jīng)修改，本月3日由美國政治新聞網(wǎng)站“政客”首次全面披露。
These plans, codenamed Operation London Bridge, which were first revealed in a Guardian Long Read in 2017 and have now been seen in full by Politico, detail the scale of the arrangements for the funeral and government anxieties about whether the UK has the resources to execute them.
英女王一旦逝世怎么辦？
報道稱，女王一旦過世，她的私人秘書將以“倫敦橋倒了”(London Bridge is down)作為密語，最先向首相通報消息，隨后會逐一知會政府高層。首相會將消息轉告代表女王協(xié)調政府工作的樞密院事務局。此外，內閣秘書也會接著再發(fā)郵件通報各部大臣。

In the hours after the queen’s death, a “call cascade” will take place informing the prime minister, the cabinet secretary (Britain’s highest-ranking civil servant) and a number of the most senior ministers and officials. The PM will be informed by the queen’s private secretary, who will also tell the Privy Council Office, which coordinates government work on behalf of the monarch.

In a sign of the times, many of the immediate plans relate to social media. The royal family’s website will change to a black holding page with a short statement confirming the queen’s death. The U.K. government website — GOV.UK — will display a black banner at the top. All government departmental social media pages will also show a black banner and change their profile pictures to their departmental crest. Non-urgent content must not be published. Retweets are explicitly banned unless cleared by the central government head of communications.
The prime minister will be the first member of the government to make a statement. All other members of the government will be instructed not to comment until after the PM has spoken.

Buckingham Palace was furious after the secret blueprint for the Queen's funeral was leaked. One of Her Majesty's former closest advisers slammed the confidence breach as "disrespectful and grubby". An investigation has been launched by the Cabinet Office following the leaking of the details.

Royal funerals have for decades been suffixed with the word Bridge.
Royal plans surrounding the death of Prince Philip, who has died at the age of 99, have the codename ‘Operation Forth Bridge’. Arrangements for the Queen Mother’s - codenamed Tay Bridge - were 22 years old by the time she died at the age of 101.
Funeral plans for Princess Diana and the Queen Mother both shared the code name Operation Tay Bridge. Diana’s death was so unexpected that her royal ceremonial funeral followed plans originally designed for the Queen Mother’s funeral, meaning that Queen Elizabeth’s mother reportedly attended a ceremony which she knew would be very similar to her own.
