烏克蘭緊張局勢急劇升級以來，中國外交部迅速啟動領事保護應急機制，第一時間組織在烏同胞，特別是中國留學生安全避險，同時抓住危局中的時間窗口緊急組織、引導、協(xié)調(diào)中國公民撤離。

On the afternoon of March 9, as the last batch of Chinese students evacuated from Sumy, Ukraine arrived at the railway station in Lviv, a city in western Ukraine, Chinese Ambassador to Ukraine Fan Xianrong officially announced that the task of evacuating Chinese compatriots from Ukraine was completed.
據(jù)《環(huán)球時報》報道，圓滿完成撤僑任務后，中國駐烏克蘭大使館仍堅守在利沃夫。由于警報聲不斷響起，大使范先榮在20日身著防彈衣接受了采訪。

在采訪中，范先榮大使也分享了此次撤僑過程中很多電影里才能遭遇的場景……
據(jù)范大使透露，在撤僑過程中，一位中國駐烏克蘭使館工作人員護送88名學生乘坐大巴前往摩爾多瓦的途中，發(fā)車不到一個小時就遇到三起炸彈爆炸。在護送完學生們回程的時候，因為司機過于疲憊，車子一下掉進溝里，所幸沒有翻車，否則后果不堪設想。

While an embassy staffer was escorting 88 students to Moldova via bus, three bombs exploded near the bus in less than an hour. When the diplomat was returning from escort, the driver was so tired that the car swerved into a ditch but luckily it did not overturn, otherwise the consequences would have been unthinkable.
“還有一次，我們的外交官在實地查看某場地的過程中，突然被人用槍指著腦袋，好在最終化險為夷。”

“On another occasion, one of our diplomats was checking out a site when he was suddenly held at gunpoint.”
據(jù)范大使介紹，在駐烏的中國公民有6000多人，除自行撤離的1000余人外，使館和駐敖德薩總領館密切協(xié)作，共同努力奮斗，共組織、指導、協(xié)調(diào)撤離了5000余人。“在烏克蘭這么緊張危急的局勢下，除一人受傷外，全員安然無恙。俗話說‘子彈是不長眼睛的’，能做到一個不亡，真的是個奇跡。”
Of the 6,000 Chinese nationals in Ukraine, the embassy coordinated the evacuation of more than 5,000 people. Under such tense environments in Ukraine, all of them are safe and sound except for one who got injured. Bullets have no eyes, but our arrangements and the love and unity among our compatriots safeguarded the evacuation.
范大使表示，由于情況變化很快，時間可能就涉及到一條條生命。使館工作人員是在與時間賽跑，與生命賽跑，不是“今夜無眠”，而是“夜夜無眠”！“讓我感動的是，使館同志們將這種高強度的緊張工作轉化成履行使命的責任和動力，大家團結一致，共同完成了這次中國公民從烏’撤離大行動’”。
“Given the fast-changing situation, our decisions needed to be quick and accurate, and did not allow for a single mistake. I always say that we are racing against time, and racing to save lives. It was not just one single day of sleeplessness for us, it was ‘sleepless every night.’”
而中國95后年輕外交官在危難時刻所展現(xiàn)出的擔當，也讓范大使印象深刻。

“我館有一位年輕的外交官，是一名出生于1997年的小伙子。從2月24日凌晨5時許，第一枚炸彈爆炸時起，領保電話一刻都沒有停，他也一刻都沒有休息。手機沒電了插上充電線繼續(xù)接，整個手機‘發(fā)燙’，一直工作到夜里10點多，接聽了1000多通電話，聲音早已啞了，最后已說不出話來。”
“There is a young diplomat in our embassy, born in 1997. From 5am in the early morning of February 24 when the first bomb exploded, he started to answer the consular phone which has not stopped for a moment ever since. The phone ran out of battery and was charged the whole time and it was burning hot. From 5am to 10 pm, he did not stop for a minute, his voice had been hoarse from speaking that entire time. He took about 1,000 calls that day. ”
范大使還表示，中華民族面對危難所表現(xiàn)出的團結，也讓他深有感觸。“如果沒有眾多中國同胞的相互自救、抱團取暖，此次撤離工作不可能圓滿成功。有句話說‘此生無悔入華夏’，到了國外，大家就一個名字，都是中國人，都應該互幫互助。”
目前，中國駐烏克蘭大使館仍在堅守，范大使表示，雖然協(xié)調(diào)撤離中國公民的行動圓滿結束，但作為外交官的任務并沒有結束，他們還要留在烏克蘭繼續(xù)履職盡力。
