對(duì)此，外交部發(fā)言人汪文斌于5月25日回應(yīng)稱：

“中國(guó)代表團(tuán)已經(jīng)就此發(fā)表聲明，作出澄清。澤連斯基總統(tǒng)發(fā)表演講時(shí)，中國(guó)代表團(tuán)正在與國(guó)際能源署署長(zhǎng)比羅爾會(huì)談，并不在場(chǎng)。我們敦促美方有關(guān)議員作出更正，不要再散布虛假信息。”
“The Chinese delegation has issued a statement for clarification. During President Zelenskyy’s speech, the Chinese delegation was not at the venue as they were meeting with Dr. Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency. We urge the US Congressman to make a correction, and stop spreading disinformation.”

5月26日，CNN一名公關(guān)人員在回復(fù)《環(huán)球時(shí)報(bào)》記者問(wèn)詢時(shí)承認(rèn)報(bào)道錯(cuò)誤，表示“昨天在一場(chǎng)和美國(guó)得克薩斯州眾議員邁克尓·麥考爾的采訪中，他聲稱烏克蘭總統(tǒng)澤連斯基在達(dá)沃斯發(fā)表演講之后，中國(guó)代表團(tuán)拒絕起身為其鼓掌”。

“CNN已證實(shí)代表團(tuán)不是來(lái)自中國(guó)”。這名公關(guān)人員在電郵中表示，“我們很遺憾在直播中出現(xiàn)了這個(gè)錯(cuò)誤”，并透露稱“我們已聯(lián)系麥考爾的辦公室以獲得一份聲明。”

After Chinese Foreign Ministry urged on Wednesday a US lawmaker to make a correction after he mistakenly told CNN that the “Chinese delegation” did not applaud Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s speech at the World Economic Forum (WFF) in Davos and walked out, CNN said in an email to the Global Times on Thursday that it had made a clarification on air on Tuesday, saying that CNN has confirmed that delegation was not from China. 

“We regret the error appeared on our air… we reached out to McCaul’s office for a statement,” CNN said in the email.
